【摘要】：近期由吉林省檔案館公布的日本關(guān)東憲兵隊(duì)檔案等,記錄了日本侵略中國的種種罪行。其中涉及"慰安婦"的檔案,記載日軍在東北各地、華北、華中地區(qū)以及爪哇等地普遍設(shè)立慰安所,甚至有"慰安婦"與日軍官兵比例、某個時段日軍官兵進(jìn)入慰安所的人數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)等。在關(guān)東軍的郵件檢查文獻(xiàn)中,保存有許多被刪除的官兵通信,里面也記載了許多日軍推行"慰安婦"制度的細(xì)節(jié)。尤其是一支7990部隊(duì)獲得日軍上層批準(zhǔn),通過偽滿中央銀行在數(shù)月里匯款53萬日元,表明了日軍用公款強(qiáng)征婦女設(shè)立慰安所的事實(shí)。這些檔案彌足珍貴,體現(xiàn)了資料的本原性和唯一性,是揭露日本實(shí)施性奴隸制度等暴行的新證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Recently released by Jilin Provincial Archives, Japan's Kanto Gendarmerie records various crimes of Japanese aggression against China. Among them are the "comfort women" files, which record that the Japanese army has generally set up comfort centers in all parts of the Northeast, North China, Central China and Java, and even has "comfort women" in proportion to the officers and men of the Japanese army. Statistics on the number of Japanese officers and soldiers entering the comfort center at a certain time. In the mail inspection documents of the Guandong Army, there are many deleted correspondence of officers and soldiers, which also record the details of the Japanese army carrying out the "comfort women" system. In particular, a 7990 unit was approved by the upper class of the Japanese army and sent 530000 yen through the Central Bank of the puppet Manchuria over a few months, indicating the fact that Japanese military public funds forced women to set up a comfort house. These files are valuable, reflect the originality and uniqueness of the data, and are new evidence to expose the atrocities such as sexual slavery in Japan.
