【摘要】：正劉智鵬、丁新豹主編,中華書局(香港)有限公司2015年10月出版,60萬(wàn)字,198港幣二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,英國(guó)在香港設(shè)立了四個(gè)軍事法庭審判日本戰(zhàn)犯,從1946年3月起,審理了46宗案件,在香港發(fā)生的案件就有30宗,整個(gè)法庭程序前后費(fèi)時(shí)兩年零八個(gè)多月,當(dāng)中涉案戰(zhàn)犯被判死刑的有13宗。審判結(jié)束后,整個(gè)詳盡的法庭記錄收入英國(guó)陸軍部檔案W.O.235,成為記錄日軍在香港戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)罪行的珍貴歷史資料。為紀(jì)念抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利70周年,在夢(mèng)周文教基金會(huì)的支持之下,香港地方志辦公
[Abstract]:Liu Zhipeng, Ding Xinbao's editor-in-chief, Chinese Book Company (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., published in October 2015. After the end of World War II, Britain set up four military tribunals in Hong Kong to try Japanese war criminals. Since March 1946, 46 cases have been tried. There were 30 cases in Hong Kong, and the entire court proceedings took more than two years and eight months, of which 13 involved war criminals were sentenced to death. After the trial, the full court records were recorded in the British War Department file W.O.235, which became a valuable historical record of Japanese war crimes in Hong Kong. To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory of the anti-Japanese war, with the support of the Mengzhou cultural and educational foundation, the local chronicles of Hong Kong were set up
