【摘要】：抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨艱苦奮斗的時(shí)期,是不斷走向輝煌和勝利的時(shí)期,也是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在各抗日民主根據(jù)地局部執(zhí)政的時(shí)期。這一時(shí)期與黨在瑞金蘇維埃執(zhí)政時(shí)期相比,是在更大范圍、更深程度上的執(zhí)政實(shí)踐,社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)、執(zhí)政方式、執(zhí)政能力和執(zhí)政效力,比過(guò)去都有了更大的變化,也具有許多顯著的特點(diǎn)。 這一時(shí)期,黨在局部執(zhí)政實(shí)踐中,在處理黨政關(guān)系、政權(quán)建設(shè)、政權(quán)監(jiān)督、工作人員的作風(fēng)等方面,積累了許多成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這些經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)于今天加強(qiáng)黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo),不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)新局面,具有深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義和重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The War of Resistance against Japan was a period of arduous struggle for the CPC, a period of unceasing brilliance and victory, and a period of partial governance of the CPC in various anti-Japanese democratic bases. In this period, compared with the period when the party was in power in the Ruijin Soviet, it was more extensive and deeper in the practice of governing, social foundation, ruling mode, ruling ability and ruling effectiveness, all of which have undergone greater changes than in the past. Also has many remarkable characteristics. During this period, the Party accumulated a lot of successful experience in dealing with the relations between the Party and government, the construction of the regime, the supervision of the regime, the style of the staff and so on. These experiences are of profound historical significance and great practical significance for strengthening the construction of the Party's governing ability, realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and continuously opening up a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
