【摘要】：洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)是中國(guó)近代史上一次重要變革,對(duì)中國(guó)近代的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要影響。以新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論探析洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng),其失敗原因在于無(wú)法突破傳統(tǒng)軌跡的路徑依賴,根本沒(méi)有觸及清王朝的統(tǒng)治制度。而洋務(wù)企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)安排不合理、傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀的抵制、既得利益者的反對(duì),是洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)中產(chǎn)生路徑依賴的原因。新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程具有重要的借鑒和啟示意義:在設(shè)計(jì)改革方案時(shí),須考慮到制度的路徑選擇;進(jìn)行制度創(chuàng)新,政府的角色也須重新定位;在制度變遷中,構(gòu)建符合時(shí)代特征的社會(huì)群體心理。
[Abstract]:The Westernization Movement was an important change in the modern history of China and had an important influence on the development of modern China.The failure of the Westernization Movement based on the theory of New Institutional Economics lies in the inability to break through the path dependence of the traditional track and the fact that it did not touch the ruling system of the Qing Dynasty.The unreasonable arrangement of property rights of Westernization enterprises, the resistance of traditional values and the opposition of vested interests are the reasons of path dependence in Westernization Movement.The new institutional economics theory has important reference and enlightenment significance to the modernization process of our country: in designing the reform plan, we must consider the path choice of the system, carry on the system innovation, the role of the government should also be reoriented, in the course of the system change,Construct the social group psychology that accords with the characteristic of the times.
