【摘要】：1949年前后,城市的接收和改造工作是中國共產(chǎn)黨在新占領(lǐng)區(qū)重建政權(quán)、恢復(fù)社會秩序的重要組成部分。中國共產(chǎn)黨一向重視學(xué)生運動和運動學(xué)生。作為城市接管的重要一部分——教育接管,關(guān)乎思想建設(shè),同時與政權(quán)的鞏固密不可分。中國共產(chǎn)黨對建國前后學(xué)校的接收和改造高度重視,并在該領(lǐng)域投入了大量的財力、物力和人力。太原軍管會在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下創(chuàng)設(shè)。軍管會在接管工作開展前的一些部署包括:實行軍事管制,規(guī)定入城紀(jì)律,宣傳城市政策等。太原解放后,軍管會開始進(jìn)入學(xué)校,實行接管。針對中小學(xué)校,在了解概況之后,軍管會派出接管人員,進(jìn)行接收。為恢復(fù)正常教學(xué)秩序,軍管會努力解決經(jīng)費問題,吸引學(xué)生和教師回到學(xué)校,建立學(xué)習(xí)制度。在接管中小學(xué)的過程中,出現(xiàn)的校舍問題及教育資源不均勻的問題是需要引以為戒的。針對高等教育,主要是山西大學(xué)、太原工業(yè)職業(yè)學(xué)校和新建的山西公學(xué),軍管會主要是利用原有資源進(jìn)行了復(fù)校。了解太原軍管會對當(dāng)?shù)貙W(xué)校的接管情況,展現(xiàn)接收和改造過程中的真實細(xì)節(jié),我們可以在還原歷史的基礎(chǔ)上,明晰中國共產(chǎn)黨對待知識分子的態(tài)度以及對待教育的政策。在接收和改造過程中的制度約束,確保政策可以施行的高效執(zhí)行能力,以及利用各種力量發(fā)展師資的方法,對當(dāng)今發(fā)展教育仍具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:Before and after 1949, the acceptance and reconstruction of cities was an important part of the Communist Party of China to rebuild political power and restore social order in the newly occupied areas.The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to student movements and sports students.As an important part of urban takeover, educational takeover is closely related to ideological construction and political consolidation.The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the acceptance and reconstruction of schools before and after the founding of the people's Republic of China, and has invested a great deal of financial, material and human resources in this field.Taiyuan military Commission was founded under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Some of the military council's plans before taking over include military control, regulation of city entry, and promotion of city policy.After the liberation of Taiyuan, the military administration began to enter the school and take over.For primary and secondary schools, after understanding the general situation, the military administration will send take-over personnel to receive.In order to restore normal teaching order, the military administration will strive to solve the problem of funding, attract students and teachers back to school, and establish a learning system.In the process of taking over primary and secondary schools, the problems of school premises and uneven educational resources should be taken as a warning.In view of higher education, mainly Shanxi University, Taiyuan Industrial Vocational School and the newly built Shanxi Public School, the military Management Council mainly reinstates the school by using the original resources.To understand the takeover of the local schools by Taiyuan military Commission and to show the real details in the process of receiving and reforming, we can clarify the attitude of the CPC towards intellectuals and the policy towards education on the basis of restoring history.The institutional constraints in the process of receiving and reforming, the ability to ensure the efficient execution of policies, and the methods of developing teachers by using all kinds of forces are still of reference value for the development of education today.
