【摘要】：20世紀(jì)30年代,宛西地區(qū)社會(huì)秩序極度混亂,各種天災(zāi)兵禍不斷,經(jīng)濟(jì)瀕臨破產(chǎn),政府權(quán)威在地方喪失殆盡。在這種情況下,宛西民眾在彭禹廷等人的帶領(lǐng)下開(kāi)展了剿匪和安定社會(huì)秩序的活動(dòng)。在這一過(guò)程中,彭禹廷等人最終依靠民團(tuán)力量達(dá)到了肅清匪患、安定地方的目的,從而在一定程度上贏得了當(dāng)?shù)孛癖姷恼J(rèn)可。為了能夠長(zhǎng)久地在該地區(qū)統(tǒng)治下去,彭禹廷等人又開(kāi)始打著自治的旗號(hào)在當(dāng)?shù)剡M(jìn)行了以編練民團(tuán)和進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為主要內(nèi)容的自治運(yùn)動(dòng)。由于其所實(shí)行的措施多有侵越政府權(quán)力的現(xiàn)象,所以與國(guó)民黨政權(quán)爭(zhēng)奪對(duì)地方控制權(quán)的斗爭(zhēng)不斷。為了能在斗爭(zhēng)中取得勝利,宛西地方自治側(cè)重于軍事方面。在此期間,其編練了大量的民團(tuán)武裝,修建了一批軍事設(shè)施,這一舉措一方面極大地消耗了當(dāng)?shù)赜邢薜馁Y源,加重了人民的負(fù)擔(dān),在一定程度上從內(nèi)部削弱著自治事業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)；另一方面也最大限度地組織起當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娺M(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面的建設(shè),增強(qiáng)了其抵抗國(guó)民黨政權(quán)干涉的實(shí)力,也為后來(lái)的抗戰(zhàn)奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。 抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的爆發(fā)在一定程度上為宛西地方勢(shì)力與政府當(dāng)局的和解帶來(lái)了可能,因雙方的暫時(shí)和解,宛西自治事業(yè)也暫時(shí)達(dá)到頂峰。但是,隨著國(guó)民黨黨、政、軍當(dāng)局勢(shì)力大批涌入宛西地區(qū),打破了宛西地區(qū)的封閉狀態(tài),國(guó)家強(qiáng)權(quán)也于此時(shí)最終滲透到該地區(qū),宛西地區(qū)漸漸喪失其獨(dú)立性。宛西民團(tuán)的參戰(zhàn)雖表現(xiàn)出英勇的一面,但是最終導(dǎo)致元?dú)獯髠？箲?zhàn)后期,由于別廷芳的過(guò)世,宛西民團(tuán)首領(lǐng)紛紛陷入爭(zhēng)權(quán)奪利的斗爭(zhēng)之中,廣大團(tuán)丁紀(jì)律敗壞,宛西自治事業(yè)陷于停頓,宛西地方勢(shì)力最終不得不依附國(guó)民黨政權(quán),淪為國(guó)民黨政權(quán)的附庸,廣大的民團(tuán)團(tuán)丁也一起被編入國(guó)民黨軍隊(duì),并最終在解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中覆滅。
[Abstract]:In the 1930s, the social order in Wanxi area was extremely chaotic, various natural disasters continued, the economy was on the verge of bankruptcy, and the authority of the government was lost.Under such circumstances, the people of Wanxi, led by Peng Yuting and others, carried out activities to suppress banditry and stabilize social order.In this process, Peng Yuting and others ultimately relied on the militia to eliminate banditry and stabilize the place, thus winning the local people's approval to a certain extent.In order to rule the region for a long time, Peng Yuting and others began to organize autonomous movement in the name of autonomy in order to train the militia and carry out economic construction.Because most of its measures encroach on the government power, it struggles with the Kuomintang regime for local control.In order to win in the struggle, Wanxi local autonomy focused on the military.During this period, it trained a large number of militia, built a number of military facilities, this initiative on the one hand has greatly consumed the limited resources of the local, increased the burden on the people, to a certain extent from the internal weakening of the cause of autonomy on the basis;On the other hand, it also organized the local people to carry out economic construction to the maximum extent, strengthened its resistance to the interference of the Kuomintang regime, and laid a certain foundation for the later Anti-Japanese War.The outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan made it possible for the local forces in Wanxi to reconcile with the government to a certain extent, because of the temporary reconciliation between the two sides, the cause of autonomy in Wanxi also reached a temporary peak.However, as the Kuomintang Party, government and military authorities poured into the Wanxi region in large numbers, the closure of the Wanxi region was broken, and the power of the state finally infiltrated the area, which gradually lost its independence.The participation of the Wanxi militia in the war showed a heroic side, but eventually led to great damage to vitality.In the late stage of the War of Resistance against Japan, due to the death of Bei Ting-fang, the leaders of the Wanxi militia were one after another in the struggle for power and interests. The discipline of the vast number of regiments broke down, and the autonomous cause of Wanxi came to a standstill, and the local forces in Wanxi eventually had to rely on the Kuomintang regime.Reduced to the subservience of the Kuomintang regime, the large number of militia members were incorporated into the Kuomintang army and eventually destroyed in the War of Liberation.
