【摘要】：近代中國(guó)民族工業(yè)發(fā)展取得長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步,無(wú)錫榮氏企業(yè)是其中最大的民族資本企業(yè),在面粉、棉紡兩大行業(yè)中居于首位�？疾炱浒l(fā)展歷程,榮氏大力開(kāi)展的企業(yè)職工教育是主要原因之一。本文采用歷史學(xué)的實(shí)證方法,結(jié)合人力資本理論和教育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論,對(duì)榮氏企業(yè)職工教育與企業(yè)發(fā)展做了較為全面的考察。榮氏面對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展所需近代新式人才缺乏問(wèn)題,結(jié)合企業(yè)發(fā)展需要與社會(huì)實(shí)際情況,靈活采用各級(jí)各類(lèi)學(xué)校、養(yǎng)成所、留學(xué)考察等形式,開(kāi)展職業(yè)技術(shù)、管理與文化等各方面的教育,為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供從勞動(dòng)后備力量到技術(shù)與管理等不同層次人才,有效提升了企業(yè)技術(shù)、管理水平與企業(yè)職工的素質(zhì),推動(dòng)企業(yè)在激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中高速發(fā)展,不斷擴(kuò)大規(guī)模,取得了顯著經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:The development of modern China's national industry has made great progress. Wuxi Rongshi enterprise is one of the largest national capital enterprises, which occupies the first place in the two major industries of flour and cotton spinning.Investigate its development course, the enterprise worker education that Rong develops energetically is one of main reason.This paper adopts the empirical method of history, combines the theory of human capital and the theory of educational economics, and makes a more comprehensive investigation on the education and development of workers and staff in Roong's enterprise.Faced with the problem of lack of modern and modern talents needed for the development of enterprises, Roong flexibly adopted various types of schools at all levels, nurturance and study abroad to carry out vocational and technical work in combination with the needs of enterprise development and the actual conditions of society.Education in all aspects of management and culture provides different levels of talent for the development of enterprises, from labor reserve to technology and management, and effectively promotes enterprise technology, management level and the quality of enterprise staff and workers.To promote the rapid development of enterprises in the fierce competition, constantly expanding the scale, achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
