【摘要】：20世紀(jì)60年代初期,在全國(guó)"共產(chǎn)風(fēng)"盛行的大背景下,北京郊區(qū)農(nóng)村的"共產(chǎn)風(fēng)"也非常嚴(yán)重。為了克服"共產(chǎn)風(fēng)"帶來的嚴(yán)重困難,在中共中央和中央人民政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,北京市各級(jí)黨委與政府非常重視退賠工作,成立退賠的專門機(jī)構(gòu),劃撥退賠經(jīng)費(fèi),�？顚Ｓ�,有序開展了廣大農(nóng)村的各項(xiàng)退賠工作,密切了黨與農(nóng)民的關(guān)系,推動(dòng)了農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn),改善了農(nóng)民的生活。
[Abstract]:In the early 1960s, under the background of the prevalence of "common production style" in the whole country, the "common production style" in the suburbs of Beijing was also very serious.In order to overcome the serious difficulties brought about by "common production practices," under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the Central people's Government, the party committees and governments of Beijing at all levels attach great importance to the work of refund and compensation, and set up specialized agencies for refund and compensation, allocating funds for refund and special use of funds.It has carried out all kinds of restitution and compensation work in rural areas in an orderly manner, strengthened the relationship between the Party and the peasants, promoted agricultural production, and improved the peasants' living conditions.
