【摘要】：清代——民國(guó)時(shí)期,"戶丁"制度名存實(shí)亡,立契人獲得個(gè)人獨(dú)立立契的自由。契約文書中立契人體現(xiàn)出的具有獨(dú)立意識(shí)的個(gè)體,展現(xiàn)了時(shí)代的巨大進(jìn)步和社會(huì)的深刻變遷。
[Abstract]:In the period of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the system of "huding" survived in name, and the people in the contract obtained the freedom to establish the contract independently. The individual with independent consciousness embodied in the neutral contract documents showed the great progress of the times and the profound changes of the society.
