【摘要】：正1959年到1961年,是我國歷史上的三年困難時期,由于受自然災害和政策失誤的影響,我國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)遭遇了嚴重挫折,糧食連年大幅減產(chǎn),人民群眾面臨著糧食短缺和饑荒的危險。根據(jù)中央部署,困難時期全國各地政府督促生產(chǎn)隊一邊恢復發(fā)展集體農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),一邊扶助社員大力發(fā)展家庭副業(yè)生產(chǎn)。當時的大興~([1])就是如此。由于三年困難時期的災荒時間長、涉及范圍廣,黨和政府在積極展開國家救濟的同時,也鼓勵和動員
[Abstract]:From 1959 to 1961, it was a three-year difficult period in China's history. As a result of natural disasters and policy mistakes, China's agricultural production suffered a serious setback and grain production was drastically reduced year after year. The people are facing the danger of food shortage and famine. According to the Central Committee's plan, the governments of all parts of the country urged the production teams to resume the development of collective agricultural production at the same time in difficult times. This was the case with Daxing Li ([1]) at that time. Because of the long period of famine in three difficult periods and the wide range involved, the Party and the government, while actively launching state relief, also encouraged and mobilized.
