【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后，中國共產(chǎn)黨為動員全國一切抗日力量，抵御日寇，號召建立最廣泛的抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線，這其中必然包括占人口半數(shù)的廣大婦女群眾。晉察冀邊區(qū)婦女抗日救國會便是在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導下，建立的不分階級、不分民族、不分黨派、不分年齡的婦女群眾組織。它的成立不僅標志著晉察冀邊區(qū)的婦女抗日救亡運動從此有了統(tǒng)一的組織領(lǐng)導機構(gòu)，同時對全國范圍內(nèi)婦女界抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的形成與發(fā)展也起了極大的推動作用。它既是中國共產(chǎn)黨成立以來婦女政策變化與發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物，更是時代要求下黨領(lǐng)導婦女群眾走向勝利、走向解放的必經(jīng)之路。 晉察冀邊區(qū)婦女救國會成立以后，便擔負起組織、團結(jié)邊區(qū)各界婦女群眾，積極參加抗戰(zhàn)與根據(jù)地建設(shè)的歷史使命。健全的組織機構(gòu)與完善的工作制度為邊區(qū)婦救會工作的順利開展提供了前提保障。為發(fā)動婦女群眾走出家庭、參加抗戰(zhàn)，邊區(qū)各級婦救干部切實深入婦女群眾中，用各種方法大力宣傳參戰(zhàn)抗戰(zhàn)與婦女解放的道理，打破了封建傳統(tǒng)觀念對婦女的思想禁錮；通過深入開展關(guān)乎婦女切身利益問題的工作，把婦女從封建婚姻和各種疾病中解放出來。同時，邊區(qū)各級婦救會對婦女開展文化教育，提高婦女文化素養(yǎng)；組織婦女參加生產(chǎn)與建設(shè)，鼓勵婦女參政議政，在增加其家庭收入的同時，更提高了婦女在政治、經(jīng)濟、社會中的地位，使婦女充分享受到當家做主人的權(quán)利。在邊區(qū)各級婦救會的帶領(lǐng)下，婦女們扮演起從未體驗過的角色。她們雖不能像男子一樣在前線奮勇殺敵，卻以同樣英勇的姿態(tài)出現(xiàn)在后方各項抗戰(zhàn)工作中，為抗日戰(zhàn)爭的勝利及根據(jù)地的建設(shè)作出了不可磨滅的貢獻。 晉察冀邊區(qū)婦救會工作的順利開展離不開扎實肯干、吃苦耐勞的婦女干部，離不開廣泛開展、蓬勃高漲的群眾運動，更離不開根據(jù)地的發(fā)展建設(shè)與中國共產(chǎn)黨的正確領(lǐng)導。邊區(qū)婦救會既是抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的有機組成部分，同時也是中國共產(chǎn)黨與邊區(qū)廣大婦女群眾相互溝通的重要橋梁。在它的帶領(lǐng)下，廣大婦女群眾為抗戰(zhàn)做出貢獻的同時，自身也獲得了一定程度的解放，這充分說明女性個人的解放與國家民族的解放是相互促進的。這個經(jīng)驗對于今天婦女地位的改善有著重要的啟示：在婦女問題多元化、復雜化、隱性化的今天，作為當代婦女團體在發(fā)揮橋梁作用的同時，要更善于發(fā)現(xiàn)社會中的婦女問題，增強婦女問題意識，消除婦女惰性思想，全面提高婦女素質(zhì)；而作為一名當代女性，在全面發(fā)展個人素質(zhì)之余，，要積極投身于中華民族崛起復興的偉大事業(yè)中，為國家的建設(shè)增磚添瓦。這樣，個人的自由才有更進一步的實現(xiàn)，社會地位才能獲得進一步的提升。

The smooth development of the work of the Women's Rescue Association in the Shanxi-Cha-Ji Border region can not be achieved without solid and hardworking women cadres, as well as the widespread and vigorous mass movement. Moreover, the development and construction of base areas and the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China are inseparable. The Women's Salvation Association in the Border region is an integral part of the anti-Japanese national United front.
