【摘要】：廣東省營(yíng)造紙廠建成投產(chǎn)不久,就因日本發(fā)動(dòng)侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)而被侵占,并進(jìn)而劫掠至北海道勇拂。戰(zhàn)后在紙廠被劫機(jī)器及日方配件歸還與雇用日籍技工等問(wèn)題上,中國(guó)經(jīng)過(guò)與美、日的反復(fù)交涉,皆獲致滿意之結(jié)果。這一交涉?zhèn)�案反映了中國(guó)當(dāng)時(shí)較弱的實(shí)力,也反映了中方人員自身之努力。
[Abstract]:Not long after the completion and commissioning of the Guangdong Ying Paper Factory, it was occupied by Japan's war of aggression, and then looted to Hokkaido. After the war, China went through and with the United States on such issues as the return of machinery and Japanese spare parts to the paper mill and the employment of Japanese technicians. The case reflects China's weaker strength at the time and the efforts of its own personnel.
