【摘要】：正1950年6月30日,中央人民政府委員會(huì)正式公布實(shí)施《中華人民共和國(guó)土地改革法》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《土地法》),由此土改運(yùn)動(dòng)在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)普遍展開(kāi)。句容的土改運(yùn)動(dòng)從1950年5月開(kāi)始,至1951年年底全部結(jié)束,涉及9個(gè)區(qū)92個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和1個(gè)縣屬鎮(zhèn),分三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行。試點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)備階段1950年5月14日,中共句容縣委抽調(diào)58名干部在縣農(nóng)民協(xié)會(huì)主席魏永貴帶領(lǐng)下,到四區(qū)延福鄉(xiāng)和淮源鄉(xiāng)搞土改試點(diǎn),歷時(shí)52天完成。并把試點(diǎn)工作推到附近的王莊、水南鄉(xiāng)和五區(qū)蔡巷、六區(qū)虬山及
[Abstract]:On June 30th 1950, The Committee of the Central people's Government officially promulgated the implementation of the Land Reform Law of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Land Law), thus the land reform movement was widely carried out throughout the country. By the end of 1951, it was all over, involving 92 townships and 1 county affiliated towns in 9 districts, and was carried out in three stages. In May 14th 1950, under the leadership of Wei Yonggui, chairman of the County Farmers' Association, 58 cadres were deployed by the Yulong County Committee of the Communist Party of China in the pilot preparation phase on May 14th 1950. The pilot project of land reform in Yanfu Township and Huaiyuan Township, four districts, took 52 days to complete. The pilot work was pushed to nearby Wangzhuang, Shuinan Township and Cai Xiang in five districts, Qiu Shan in six districts and Qiu Shan in six districts.
