【摘要】：秦潤(rùn)卿,浙江寧波慈溪人,生長(zhǎng)于清貧之家,自小便深知人間疾苦,待其長(zhǎng)成少年,便和許多寧波少年一樣,前往上海當(dāng)學(xué)徒,求發(fā)展,而之后父親的去世更是激發(fā)了學(xué)徒少年的成長(zhǎng),通過(guò)兢兢業(yè)業(yè)不懈努力,秦潤(rùn)卿這匹千里馬的能力以及態(tài)度終于得到了東家的賞識(shí),而后秦潤(rùn)卿在錢(qián)業(yè)領(lǐng)域摸爬滾打,最終成為作為20世紀(jì)20年代至解放前上海灘錢(qián)業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人物。事業(yè)有成的秦潤(rùn)卿仍然保有一顆赤子之心,積極投身于慈善事業(yè),并且對(duì)其參與的慈善活動(dòng)不離不棄,成為錢(qián)業(yè)之外,秦潤(rùn)卿另一個(gè)主要活動(dòng)領(lǐng)域。秦潤(rùn)卿慈善活動(dòng)主要包括恤孤貧、辦學(xué)校、興醫(yī)院、創(chuàng)實(shí)業(yè),創(chuàng)辦蠶行、電燈公司等,領(lǐng)域廣泛,形式多樣,總共參加了大大小小30有余個(gè)慈善組織,是當(dāng)時(shí)寧波地區(qū)著名的慈善活動(dòng)家之一。秦潤(rùn)卿慈善活動(dòng)的經(jīng)費(fèi)主要來(lái)自個(gè)人的創(chuàng)業(yè)收入,以及同鄉(xiāng)募集。慈善活動(dòng)的主要對(duì)象是寧波地區(qū),具有濃厚的家鄉(xiāng)情節(jié)。秦潤(rùn)卿的慈善活動(dòng)非常注重倫理道德的培養(yǎng),教養(yǎng)兼施。他親自為普迪學(xué)校擬定校訓(xùn):"勤、儉、公、忠",以此來(lái)鞭策學(xué)生們加強(qiáng)自身修養(yǎng)。修能學(xué)社也是由于秦潤(rùn)卿有感于上海學(xué)風(fēng)受西方文化影響太重而創(chuàng)立,主要教授的也是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中優(yōu)良之部分。秦潤(rùn)卿的慈善活動(dòng)還具有明顯的時(shí)代特征。比如他創(chuàng)辦的的云華堂孤兒院。云華堂原是一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)意義上的慈善機(jī)構(gòu),主要辦理以施粥給藥為主的傳統(tǒng)慈善項(xiàng)目,后秦潤(rùn)卿成為該機(jī)構(gòu)董事,在其積極推動(dòng)下,云華堂孤兒院成立,并且做了現(xiàn)代化的改進(jìn),云華堂孤兒院不僅重視對(duì)孤兒的撫養(yǎng),還注重對(duì)孤兒進(jìn)行文化教育,具備了現(xiàn)代慈善機(jī)構(gòu)教養(yǎng)兼施的特點(diǎn)。慈溪保黎醫(yī)院是一家現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的醫(yī)療設(shè)備及診療制度,大大提高了慈溪當(dāng)?shù)氐尼t(yī)療水平。即使他創(chuàng)辦的各類(lèi)教育機(jī)構(gòu),在注重中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化教育的同時(shí),也借鑒了近代西方教育的特點(diǎn),課程內(nèi)容豐富,兼顧課外活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,體現(xiàn)了近代教育的特征。秦潤(rùn)卿的慈善活動(dòng),毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)的對(duì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了積極的影響,推動(dòng)了寧波地區(qū)的文教事業(yè)的發(fā)展,改善了當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣竦纳?穩(wěn)定了社會(huì)秩序,對(duì)寧波地區(qū)的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程做出積極的貢獻(xiàn)。當(dāng)然不可避免的也有其不足之處,本文將在文章最后部分對(duì)其作一客觀評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Qin Runqing, a native of Cixi, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, grew up in a poor family. Since childhood, he has known the hardships of the world. When he became a teenager, he, like many Ningbo teenagers, went to Shanghai to become an apprentice for development. And later, the death of his father inspired the growth of the apprentice youth. Through unremitting efforts, Qin Runqing's ability and attitude were finally appreciated by the owners. Then Qin Runqing climbed in the field of money industry. Qin Runqing, who became a leading figure in the money industry in Shanghai from 1920s to before liberation, still has a true child in mind, is actively engaged in charity, and does not abandon the charity activities in which he participated. In addition to the money industry, Qin Runqing's other major field of activity. Qin Runqing's charitable activities mainly include caring for the poor, running schools, developing hospitals, creating industries, establishing silkworm shops, electric light companies, etc., in a wide range of fields and in a variety of forms. In total, he participated in more than 30 charitable organizations, large and small, and was one of the famous philanthropic activists in Ningbo at that time. Qin Runqing's charitable activities were mainly financed by personal entrepreneurial income. The main object of charity activities is Ningbo, which has a strong hometown plot. Qin Runqing's charity activities pay great attention to the cultivation of ethics and moral education. He personally drew up a motto for Pudi's school: "hard work, thrift, public service," In order to encourage students to strengthen their self-cultivation, the Xiu Neng School was founded because Qin Runqing felt that the style of study in Shanghai was too much influenced by Western culture. The main professor is also a good part of traditional Chinese culture. Qin Runqing's charitable activities also have obvious characteristics of the times. For example, the Yunhuatang orphanage he founded. Yunhuatang was originally a charity in the traditional sense. Mainly dealing with the traditional charity project, which mainly deals with the application of porridge and medicine, post-Qin Runqing became the director of the organization. Under its active promotion, the Yunhuatang orphanage was set up and modernized. The Yunhuatang orphanage not only attached importance to the raising of orphans, It also pays attention to the cultural education of orphans and has the characteristics of modern charity education. Cixi Baoli Hospital is a modern medical institution with advanced medical equipment and diagnosis and treatment system. It has greatly improved the local medical standard of Cixi. Even though the various educational institutions he set up, while paying attention to Chinese traditional culture education, he also drew lessons from the characteristics of modern western education. The curriculum is rich in content and takes into account the development of extracurricular activities. Reflecting the characteristics of modern education. Qin Runqing's charitable activities undoubtedly had a positive impact on society, promoted the development of cultural and educational undertakings in Ningbo, improved the life of the local people, and stabilized social order. This paper will make an objective evaluation of Ningbo area in the last part of the article.
