【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期東北鄉(xiāng)村的地權(quán)既有官地到民地的轉(zhuǎn)化,還有民地所屬權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)換中土地由集中到分散的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。伴隨這些轉(zhuǎn)變的發(fā)生,東北鄉(xiāng)村的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)方式及生產(chǎn)關(guān)系都發(fā)生了不同于以往的變動(dòng);同時(shí),由于地權(quán)變動(dòng)中伴隨著人口的流動(dòng),二者之間相互作用并共同作用于東北地區(qū)城市的發(fā)展,一定程度上推動(dòng)了東北地區(qū)城市化的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, the land rights of rural areas in Northeast China were transformed from official land to civilian land, as well as the trend of land development from concentration to dispersion in the conversion of land ownership rights. With these changes, the social structure of rural areas in Northeast China occurred. The mode of production and the relations of production are different from the past. At the same time, due to the change of land rights accompanied by the movement of population, they interact with each other and work together in the development of cities in Northeast China. To some extent, promote the process of urbanization in Northeast China.
