【摘要】：清末民初的翻譯活動(dòng)是中國翻譯史上三大翻譯高潮之一，而置身于政治活動(dòng)風(fēng)起云涌的年代，當(dāng)時(shí)的翻譯活動(dòng)不可避免地染上了時(shí)代的特色。清末民初的兩次文學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)，即梁?jiǎn)⒊l(fā)起的小說界革命與胡適、陳獨(dú)秀等人發(fā)起的文學(xué)革命，都對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)的翻譯活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生了重大影響。目前國內(nèi)關(guān)于兩次革命對(duì)翻譯活動(dòng)影響的研究，多散見于各類翻譯史及文學(xué)史書中，而系統(tǒng)地比較這兩次革命對(duì)翻譯影響異同的研究幾乎闕如。本文旨在通過比較兩次革命對(duì)文學(xué)翻譯活動(dòng)的相同及不同影響，探討社會(huì)政治文化背景和翻譯活動(dòng)之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系，并從文化研究視角對(duì)這些不同的影響做出解釋。 本文采用歷史的描述性研究方法，分別描述小說界革命與文學(xué)革命發(fā)生的歷史背景和發(fā)展脈絡(luò)，，進(jìn)而描述兩次革命對(duì)翻譯選材、翻譯策略和翻譯在當(dāng)時(shí)中國社會(huì)、文學(xué)和語言等方面的建設(shè)上所發(fā)揮作用的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，在兩次革命的影響下，兩次翻譯活動(dòng)都有相同的政治傾向，都極大地豐富了中國文學(xué)的形式，促進(jìn)了現(xiàn)代文學(xué)的形成與發(fā)展，提高了翻譯事業(yè)及譯者在中國社會(huì)的地位；但就翻譯選材和翻譯策略而言，兩次翻譯活動(dòng)卻有著較大的不同甚至沖突。接著，論文通過從文化研究視角對(duì)這些異同的探討發(fā)現(xiàn)，清末民初中國文化在面對(duì)西方文化時(shí)走過了一條由最初的排斥到最后的融合的道路，同時(shí)中國文化內(nèi)部新舊體制的相互抗?fàn)帉?dǎo)致了兩次革命在任務(wù)和目的上的不同，并最終導(dǎo)致了兩次翻譯活動(dòng)在選材和策略上具有明顯的差異。
[Abstract]:The translation activities in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China were one of the three major translation climaxes in the history of Chinese translation. In the era of political activities, the translation activities at that time inevitably took on the characteristics of the times. There were two literary movements in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. That is, the fictional revolution initiated by Liang Qichao and the literary revolution initiated by Hu Shi and Chen Duxiu had a great impact on the translation activities at that time. At present, domestic studies on the impact of the two revolutions on translation activities have been made. The study of the similarities and differences between the two revolutions on translation is almost absent. This paper aims at comparing the same and different influences of the two revolutions on literary translation activities. This paper explores the interaction between socio-political and cultural backgrounds and translation activities, and explains these different influences from the perspective of cultural studies. In this paper, the historical descriptive method is used to describe the historical background and development context of the revolution in fiction and the revolution in literature, and then to describe the selection of translation materials, translation strategies and translation in Chinese society at that time. The study found that under the influence of the two revolutions, both translation activities had the same political inclination and greatly enriched the forms of Chinese literature. It promotes the formation and development of modern literature, enhances the translation cause and the translator's position in Chinese society, but in terms of translation selection and translation strategies, the two translation activities are quite different or even conflicting. Through the discussion of these similarities and differences from the perspective of cultural research, it is found that the Chinese culture in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China has gone through a road from the initial exclusion to the final integration when facing the western culture. At the same time, the struggle between the old and the new systems in Chinese culture leads to the difference between the two revolutions in terms of task and purpose, and finally leads to the obvious differences in the selection of materials and strategies between the two translation activities.
