【摘要】：正按語:本文是近代學(xué)者許寶蘅先生(字季湘,1875—1960)的未刊文稿。季湘先生出身世家,清末以舉人充軍機(jī)章京,熟悉清代掌故和檔案文獻(xiàn);民國后又在北洋政府和故宮博物院任職。1954年8月,中國人民大學(xué)歷史系檔案教學(xué)組年輕教師韋慶遠(yuǎn),經(jīng)葉恭綽先生介紹,拜訪季湘先生,請教清季和北洋政府時(shí)期中央政府機(jī)構(gòu)的檔案情況。據(jù)《許寶蘅日記》,先生曾根據(jù)
[Abstract]:This article is the unpublished manuscript of modern scholar Mr. Xu Baoheng (character Ji Xiang, 1875 / 1960). Mr. Ji Xiang was born in a family. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, he was well acquainted with the history of the Qing Dynasty and the archival documents. In August 1954, Wei Qingyuan, a young teacher in the Archives Teaching Section of the History Department of Renmin University of China, visited Mr. Ji Xiang, introduced by Mr. Ye Gongchuo.
