【摘要】：漢高祖劉邦與諸侯功臣共同盟誓,形成所謂"高皇帝約",此盟誓成為封建諸侯及協(xié)調(diào)漢與諸侯關(guān)系的基本法律規(guī)定。"父死子繼"作為"高皇帝約"的一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,脫胎于漢初家產(chǎn)析分原則,演化成劉邦與諸侯"共天下"的政治保證。其后經(jīng)過(guò)漢文帝、景帝的不斷解讀,以"父死子繼"為核心內(nèi)容的"高皇帝約"被確立為漢代帝位繼承的基本法則。所謂"天下者,高皇帝之天下也"作為"高皇帝約"的延伸,逐漸成為漢帝國(guó)歷史記憶和祖先崇拜的母本。
[Abstract]:Liu Bang, the emperor of the Han Dynasty, and the meritorious officials of the vassals jointly vows to form the so-called "Gao Emperor's Treaty", which became the basic legal provision for the feudal princes and the coordination of the relations between the feudal princes and the princes. " As one of the contents of the "Gao Emperor's covenant", the death of father and son evolved from the principle of division of family property in the early Han Dynasty into the political guarantee of Liu Bang and the princes "sharing the world together". Later, through the constant interpretation of Emperor Wen and Emperor King, the "Gao Emperor's covenant", with the core content of "the death of the Father and the son" as the core, was established as the basic law of the succession of the emperor in the Han Dynasty. As an extension of Gao Emperor's covenant, the so-called "the people of the world, the world of the emperor" gradually became the mother of the historical memory and ancestor worship of the Han Empire.
