秦漢社會(huì)消費(fèi)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:本文堅(jiān)持以馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)說(shuō)為指導(dǎo),根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)與考古資料,對(duì)秦漢社會(huì)消費(fèi)做了些嘗試性的探討,全文共分六章,四個(gè)部分,主要內(nèi)容如下: 第一部分,是第一章,考察秦漢社會(huì)消費(fèi)主體的階層劃分及經(jīng)濟(jì)收入差異。本文將消費(fèi)主體劃分為三大階層,即貴族與官僚階層、庶民地主與工商業(yè)主階層、農(nóng)民與其他勞動(dòng)者階層,對(duì)不同階層的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入與家貲擁有量的差異進(jìn)行考察,并探討當(dāng)時(shí)消費(fèi)需求產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ),以及當(dāng)時(shí)消費(fèi)觀念的演變過(guò)程及其原因。 第二部分,考察不同階層的物質(zhì)、精神生活消費(fèi)狀況,分見(jiàn)于第二、三章。從動(dòng)態(tài)上考察不同階層的衣食住行用等方面物質(zhì)生活消費(fèi)的改善與消費(fèi)水平的提升,探討不同階層在精神娛樂(lè)、文化教育、宗教信仰等方面精神生活消費(fèi)的演進(jìn)與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 第三部分,探討當(dāng)時(shí)消費(fèi)狀況所展現(xiàn)的基本特征及消費(fèi)與諸經(jīng)濟(jì)因素之關(guān)系,分別是第四、五章內(nèi)容。本文認(rèn)為,秦漢社會(huì)消費(fèi)存在消費(fèi)水平的曲線(xiàn)波動(dòng)、商品性消費(fèi)的比重增加、貧富分化的嚴(yán)重以及城市消費(fèi)引導(dǎo)鄉(xiāng)村消費(fèi)等顯著特征。當(dāng)時(shí)消費(fèi)與生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展及商品經(jīng)濟(jì)之間形成了互動(dòng)關(guān)系,生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)消費(fèi)的基礎(chǔ)和前提,商品經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為消費(fèi)水平的提高創(chuàng)造了條件,而消費(fèi)需求又是拉動(dòng)當(dāng)時(shí)商品經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)力量。 第四部分,在最后一章,探究秦漢國(guó)家對(duì)消費(fèi)問(wèn)題的政府行為以及當(dāng)時(shí)消費(fèi)與社會(huì)之間的相互關(guān)系。秦漢社會(huì)存在奢僭逾制、厚死傷生、損害消費(fèi)者權(quán)益等消費(fèi)問(wèn)題,為此國(guó)家采取了若干對(duì)策:實(shí)行等級(jí)消費(fèi)制度,嚴(yán)懲奢僭逾制的行為:加強(qiáng)消費(fèi)引導(dǎo),提倡節(jié)儉消費(fèi);加強(qiáng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)的監(jiān)管,維護(hù)消費(fèi)者合法權(quán)益等。這些政策都產(chǎn)生了較大社會(huì)影響,反映了秦漢政府在消費(fèi)問(wèn)題上的積極作為。通過(guò)對(duì)消費(fèi)問(wèn)題的探討,揭示了秦漢社會(huì)的某些特性。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of Marxist political and economic theory and according to the literature and archaeological data, this paper makes some tentative discussions on social consumption in Qin and Han dynasties. The full text is divided into six chapters and four parts. The main contents are as follows: the first part is the first chapter. The main body of consumption is divided into three classes, namely, aristocrat and bureaucrat, common landlords and industrial and commercial owners, peasants and other laborer strata. It also discusses the economic basis of consumption demand at that time, and the evolution process and reasons of consumption concept at that time. The second part, examines the different social stratum material, the spiritual life consumption condition, separately in the second, the third chapter. This paper investigates the improvement of material life consumption and the improvement of consumption level in the aspects of food, clothing, housing, transportation, etc., and probes into the evolution and development trend of spiritual life consumption of different strata in the aspects of spiritual entertainment, cultural education, religious belief and so on. The third part discusses the basic characteristics of consumption and the relationship between consumption and economic factors, respectively, the fourth and fifth chapters. This paper holds that the social consumption of Qin and Han dynasties has some remarkable characteristics, such as the fluctuation of consumption level, the increasing proportion of commodity consumption, the serious differentiation between the rich and the poor, and the urban consumption leading to rural consumption. At that time, there was an interactive relationship between consumption, the development of productive forces and the commodity economy. The development of productive forces was the basis and prerequisite for the realization of consumption, and the development of the commodity economy created conditions for the improvement of consumption level. And consumer demand is the leading force that stimulates commodity economy development at that time. The fourth part, in the last chapter, explores the government behavior and the relationship between consumption and society in Qin and Han dynasties. In the society of Qin and Han dynasties, there exist the problems of excess of extravagance, death and injury of life, harming the rights and interests of consumers, and so on. For this reason, the state has taken some countermeasures: implementing the hierarchy consumption system, severely punishing the behavior of excess of extravagance, strengthening the guide of consumption and advocating thrifty consumption; Strengthen the supervision of the market, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. These policies have had a great social impact, reflecting the Qin and Han governments on the issue of positive consumption. Through the discussion of consumption, some characteristics of Qin-Han society are revealed.
