【摘要】： 乾隆朝是康乾盛世的頂峰，繁榮的表象下面是民眾運動的潛流。乾隆朝社會動亂的爆發(fā)有其深刻地歷史與現(xiàn)實原因。針對頻發(fā)的社會動亂，清政府制定了種種對策予以鎮(zhèn)壓和平定。無論從當時的歷史實際還是從現(xiàn)在研究角度來看，這些對策是起到了一定作用的。主要表現(xiàn)在乾隆時期社會動亂僅限于局部地區(qū)，多數(shù)被消彌在萌芽之中，或在極短時間內即被平定。值得注意的是，清朝統(tǒng)治在此后又延續(xù)了百余年之久。 本文主要探討了清政府對社會動亂的預防、平定、善后等一系列對策及其演變規(guī)律，特別是關于加強主流意識形態(tài)建設，打擊以邪教為首的秘密社會，處理好民族宗教問題等相關對策，并從社會穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展的高度提出政策建議，探究其效用性和可實施性，以期為現(xiàn)實提供有益的借鑒。 本文主要內容有：引言，界定社會動亂和政府對策的概念，，追述前人研究成果，介紹相關史料來源；第一章，分析乾隆朝的社會背景；第二章，對乾隆朝主要社會動亂及秘密社會活動進行定量、定性分析，探究其發(fā)展規(guī)律和趨勢，并著重分析秘密社會在社會動亂中所起的作用；第三章，通過三個個案對比研究，探討清政府在不同時期平定社會動亂的主要對策及其演變；第四章，對乾隆朝社會動亂政府對策進行總結性概括和評價，包括穩(wěn)定社會基礎、對思想文化的控制、對基層社會的控制、對秘密社會特別是邪教的鎮(zhèn)壓、臨變對策、善后措施、對清政府對策的相關評價等七個部分；余論，主要闡述主流意識形態(tài)對轉型期社會穩(wěn)定的重要作用、政治腐敗與盛衰之變的關系及保持社會穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展必須處理好的幾個問題。 本文對社會動亂進行分類研究，利用計量史學、社會失范和社會控制基本理論對乾隆朝社會動亂作定量、定性及趨勢分析，注重以第一手原始史料和充分的數(shù)據(jù)來說明問題。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the present study , the Qing government has set up various countermeasures to suppress and pacify . Whether from the present study angle or the present research angle , these countermeasures have played a certain role .









This paper mainly discusses the measures and the evolution law of the Qing government to the prevention , peace and aftercare of the social unrest , especially on strengthening the mainstream ideology construction , combating the secret society led by cults , dealing with the problems of national religion and so on , and putting forward the policy suggestions from the height of social stability and development , and exploring its usefulness and enforceability , with a view to providing beneficial reference for the reality .









The main contents of this paper are as follows : introduction , defining the concept of social unrest and government response , tracing the previous research results , and introducing relevant historical sources ;
In the first chapter , the social background of Qian Long is analyzed .
In the second chapter , the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the major social unrest and secret social activities is carried out , and the development laws and trends are explored , and the role of the secret society in the social unrest is emphatically analyzed .
In the third chapter , through the comparative study of three cases , the author discusses the main countermeasures and the evolution of Qing government ' s social unrest in different periods .
The fourth chapter summarizes and evaluates the government ' s countermeasures to the social unrest , including the stable social foundation , the control of the thought culture , the control of the grass - roots society , the repression of the secret society , especially the cults , the temporary change countermeasure , the aftercare measures , the relevant evaluation of the Qing government countermeasure and so on ;
Yu ' s theory mainly expounds the important role of the mainstream ideology in the social stability of the transitional period , the relation between political corruption and the change of the prosperity and decline , and the problems that must be dealt with in order to maintain social stability and development .









This paper studies the classification of social unrest , uses the basic theory of metrology history , social anomie and social control to make quantitative , qualitative and trend analysis on the social unrest in the dynasty , and pays attention to the first - hand original historical materials and sufficient data to illustrate the problem .
