【摘要】：明代夜不收軍制的創(chuàng)制與發(fā)展,起于邊防、戰(zhàn)陣之需要,其實施運行并非因循守舊、一成不變,而是視邊防情勢變動而不斷調整,其分布范圍亦因此漸由西北二邊推至東南沿海及西南邊境,折射出因時變革的精神。史籍中所載夜不收名目繁雜,且執(zhí)行的任務眾多,受此影響,學界多將其界定為刺探與傳遞情報的哨探或間諜,或是邊防中之一般雜役。通過明代邊關志書的記載,可以看出夜不收群體實際上也有區(qū)別:直屬于鎮(zhèn)、衛(wèi)的夜不收,直接聽從本官指揮,主要承擔偵察事務,有時也會執(zhí)行主官臨時指令,甚至充當貼身侍衛(wèi)及充作儀仗隊;駐守及巡視墩臺的夜不收,遇有敵情,傳報腹里也是他們的職責所在。
[Abstract]:The creation and development of the system of no troops at night in the Ming Dynasty arose from the needs of the frontier defense and the battle front, and its implementation and operation were not conformist and unchanged, but constantly adjusted according to the changes in the situation of the frontier defense. As a result, its distribution range gradually from the second side of the northwest to the southeast coast and southwest border, reflecting the spirit of time change. The history books contain no names and many tasks. Influenced by this, scholars often define them as sentinels or spies to spy and transmit information, or general miscellaneous service in frontier defense. According to the records in the Ming Dynasty, we can see that there are actually differences between the people who do not accept the night, which are directly under the control of the town, who do not accept the night of the guard, who directly obey the command of the official, mainly take charge of the reconnaissance affairs, and sometimes carry out the temporary instructions of the chief official. They even act as bodyguards and honor guards; they do not accept the night of garrison and patrol the piers, and their duty is to report the enemy's situation to their belligerents.
