【摘要】：六鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟所需的近半數(shù)物資,要靠北魏國家輸送供應。起初,北魏是通過向六鎮(zhèn)將士班賜牲畜等戰(zhàn)利品的形式,向六鎮(zhèn)輸送大量物資。北魏統(tǒng)一北方后,征服戰(zhàn)爭逐漸減少,北魏開始跨地域向六鎮(zhèn)運輸物資。至獻文帝時,北魏開始靠以平城為中心,州鎮(zhèn)眾多糧倉為節(jié)點,由官僚體系調(diào)運,由河北等地小農(nóng)承擔的物資運輸體系,向六鎮(zhèn)輸送物資。南遷洛陽后,為與南朝進行長期軍事對峙,北魏將河北大量物資南運,造成輸往六鎮(zhèn)的物資驟減,對六鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟構(gòu)成巨大沖擊。權勢豪帥為維護自身經(jīng)濟利益,大肆強占掠奪六鎮(zhèn)少量的經(jīng)濟資源。這使六鎮(zhèn)權勢豪帥與廣大鎮(zhèn)民之間原有的經(jīng)濟矛盾迅速激化。而北魏為緩和六鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟社會矛盾,所采取的遣使巡視、整頓吏治、賑濟災害、大規(guī)模筑城置戍等措施,不僅沒成效,反而加重了六鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟和社會危機。北魏末年,隨著河北小農(nóng)經(jīng)濟的衰退,國家財政的破產(chǎn),官僚體系的貪污腐敗,北魏向六鎮(zhèn)輸送少量物資的體系也無法維系。因此,六鎮(zhèn)暴動是北魏國家輸往六鎮(zhèn)物資劇減,引發(fā)六鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟和社會崩潰所致。其性質(zhì)是六鎮(zhèn)豪帥鎮(zhèn)民為生存而展開的抗暴斗爭,而非反漢化。
[Abstract]:Nearly half of the economic needs of the six towns were supplied by the Northern Wei state.At first, the Northern Wei delivered a large quantity of goods to the six towns through the form of booty such as soldiers and animals.After the Northern Wei Dynasty unified the north, the war of conquest gradually decreased, and the Northern Wei began to transport goods to the six towns.To Xianwen Emperor, the Northern Wei Dynasty began to rely on Pingcheng as the center, many granaries in the state and town as the node, transferred by the bureaucracy, and transported to the six towns by small farmers in Hebei and other places.After moving south to Luoyang, in order to carry on the long-term military confrontation with the Southern Dynasty, the Northern Wei Dynasty transported a large amount of Hebei materials to the south, resulting in a sharp decrease in the supplies exported to the six towns, which had a huge impact on the economy of the six towns.In order to safeguard his own economic interests, the powerful commander seized and plundered a small amount of economic resources in six towns.This made the six towns between the powerful commander and the masses of the town between the original economic contradictions quickly intensified.In order to ease the economic and social contradictions of the six towns, the Northern Wei Dynasty adopted measures such as dispatching inspection, rectifying the administration of officials, providing relief for the disaster, and building a large scale city and garrison, which not only failed, but aggravated the economic and social crisis of the six towns.In the last years of the Northern Wei Dynasty, with the decline of the small peasant economy in Hebei, the bankruptcy of the state finance and the corruption of the bureaucracy, the system of transporting a small amount of materials to the six towns in the Northern Wei Dynasty could not be maintained.Therefore, the six towns riots were caused by the collapse of economy and society in the Northern Wei Dynasty.Its nature is the town of six towns to survive the anti-riot struggle, not anti-Sinicization.
