【摘要】：唐代廣州海外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,使各國蕃商紛至沓來。為加強管理,政府在蕃商的聚居區(qū)設(shè)立蕃坊,作為居留地和商品交易區(qū)。蕃商到達廣州后,以蕃坊為依托進行商業(yè)活動,在此過程中,與廣州地方產(chǎn)生一系列聯(lián)系,其中經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系居于主要地位。 論文首先介紹了蕃坊的形成及其管理模式、商業(yè)活動等概況,表明蕃坊是廣州海外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物。其次是文章的重點,為做好鋪墊,先交待了市舶使的設(shè)立、人選及與地方長官在蕃舶管理中的關(guān)系等問題。接著著重從廣州地方官員對蕃舶和蕃商的經(jīng)貿(mào)管理兩方面來論述蕃坊與地方經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的具體情況。第一方面采用縱橫結(jié)合的論證方法,以蕃舶上岸管理,即舶腳、收市、進奉三種稅項的征收為橫向;以蕃舶日常管理的歷史演變過程為縱向,夾敘夾議,力圖真實再現(xiàn)地方官員對蕃舶管理的全貌。第二方面從與蕃商經(jīng)貿(mào)管理相關(guān)的法律規(guī)定入手,側(cè)重論述對蕃商具體商業(yè)活動的管理,與第一方面重復(fù)的地方不再贅述。并且對蕃商的境遇及反抗進行了簡要的分析。 最后總論為:廣州地方官員對蕃舶上岸及日常管理由簡到繁,對蕃商商業(yè)管理逐步嚴格,既反映了蕃坊與地方經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的不斷深化和加強,又反映了廣州海外貿(mào)易收入在國家財政中的地位日趨重要。
[Abstract]:The development of overseas trade in Guangzhou in the Tang Dynasty made foreign businessmen from all over the world come in one after another. In order to strengthen management, the government set up Fan Fang as a residence and commodity trading area in the area where the local merchants lived. After arriving in Guangzhou, the local merchants carried out commercial activities relying on the Fan Fang. In this process, there are a series of contacts with Guangzhou, among which economic and trade relations are dominant. The paper first introduces the formation and management mode of the Fan Fang, the general situation of commercial activities, etc. It shows that the Fan Fang is the product of the development of Guangzhou's overseas trade. Secondly, it is the focus of the article. In order to do a good job of laying the groundwork, the paper gives an account of the establishment of the foreign trade. The relationship between the candidate and the local governor in the management of the vessel is discussed. Then the specific situation of the economic and trade relationship between the local government and the local government is discussed from the two aspects of the economic and trade management of the local officials in Guangzhou. The demonstration method of vertical and horizontal combination, Taking the collection of three kinds of taxes on shore management, I. e., ship foot, market closing and tax collection, as horizontal, taking the historical evolution process of daily management of foreign ships as vertical, Try to reproduce the full picture of local officials' management of foreign ships. Second, starting with the legal provisions related to the trade and economic management of the foreign merchants, the author emphasizes on the management of the specific commercial activities of the local officials. The repetition with the first aspect will not be repeated again, and a brief analysis of the situation and resistance of the Tibetan merchants is made. Finally, the general discussion is as follows: Guangzhou local officials have gradually tightened their commercial management over the landing and daily management of the vessel, which reflects the deepening and strengthening of the economic and trade relations between the Fan Fang and the local authorities. It also reflects the increasingly important position of Guangzhou's overseas trade income in national finance.
