【摘要】： 旅館業(yè)作為傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)的一種，宋代之前已經(jīng)有了一定的發(fā)展。宋代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高度發(fā)展，使整個(gè)社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)也隨之發(fā)生了變化，服務(wù)業(yè)開始從工商業(yè)中分離出來(lái)，形成了相對(duì)獨(dú)立的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。這在客觀上也為旅館業(yè)提供了比較穩(wěn)定和具有一定規(guī)模的消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)，促使宋代的旅館業(yè)走向繁榮。本文所討論的旅館是指以向旅客提供食宿場(chǎng)所、設(shè)備和勞務(wù)的社會(huì)服務(wù)設(shè)施，不講其是否謀求利潤(rùn)。主要目的是通過(guò)研究宋代旅館業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，力爭(zhēng)勾勒出宋代旅館業(yè)的全貌，探討旅館業(yè)在宋代經(jīng)濟(jì)中的變化和地位，并結(jié)合唐代旅館業(yè)的發(fā)展作比較分析，歸納出宋代旅館業(yè)發(fā)展的各種細(xì)微變化。通過(guò)對(duì)宋代旅館業(yè)發(fā)展變化原因的分析，從而更加深刻了解宋代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展變化。 論文分為六個(gè)部分： 第一部分“緒論”，主要介紹論文的研究基礎(chǔ)和思路以及與古代旅館有關(guān)的一些基本概念。 第二部分“宋代旅館業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史基礎(chǔ)”，主要敘述宋代以前旅店業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，重點(diǎn)介紹唐代旅館業(yè)的概況。意在說(shuō)明任何事物的產(chǎn)生，都有著與之相聯(lián)系的社會(huì)歷史前提。宋代旅館的大量涌現(xiàn)，是在唐代旅館業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)的，唐代旅館業(yè)的發(fā)展，為宋代旅館業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 第三部分“宋代旅館業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r”，主要是從旅館業(yè)的需求狀況、分布狀況、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理特點(diǎn)及其從業(yè)人員等方面來(lái)論述宋代旅館的發(fā)展概況，并將宋代旅館業(yè)的各種別稱一一整理出來(lái)，歸納出當(dāng)時(shí)旅館業(yè)的種類及所提供的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。 第四部分“唐宋旅館業(yè)比較分析”，與唐代旅館業(yè)相比較，宋代的旅館業(yè)發(fā)生了重大的變化，主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面：第一、國(guó)家館驛職能發(fā)生了變化，實(shí)行驛遞分離制度，國(guó)家加強(qiáng)參與商業(yè)性旅館的經(jīng)營(yíng)，并制定相關(guān)政策管理旅館業(yè)。第二、旅館的選址更為自由，旅館分布更加廣泛，城市中行業(yè)個(gè)體集中分布的區(qū)域拓寬。第三、在經(jīng)營(yíng)方式上趨于多樣化，經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平提高，出現(xiàn)了委托經(jīng)營(yíng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式。第四、在經(jīng)營(yíng)形態(tài)上則出現(xiàn)了分工更細(xì)的現(xiàn)象，如塌房、房廊等，旅館分工有所發(fā)展。第五、旅館的種類增多，規(guī)模擴(kuò)大，營(yíng)銷方式多種多樣。第六、旅館的商業(yè)功能加強(qiáng)，經(jīng)營(yíng)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍廣泛，服務(wù)內(nèi)容豐富，服務(wù)對(duì)象具有層次性，服務(wù)水平提高。第七，從業(yè)人員來(lái)源更為廣泛，上自皇帝，下至平民，三教九流，無(wú)所不包。 第五部分“宋代旅館業(yè)新特點(diǎn)原因探析”，，唐宋之際發(fā)生了重大的社會(huì)變革，客觀上為宋代經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供了有利條件。第一，宋代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)充分發(fā)展，城鄉(xiāng)市場(chǎng)擴(kuò)大，為旅館市場(chǎng)的存在和發(fā)展提供了必要的前提和基礎(chǔ)。第二，宋代社會(huì)分工發(fā)達(dá)，交通便利，不同空間經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流頻繁，流動(dòng)人口增長(zhǎng)，使旅館業(yè)有了比較穩(wěn)定和規(guī)模較大的消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)。第三，人們的社會(huì)生活觀念也發(fā)生了變化，社會(huì)上出現(xiàn)了有利于旅館業(yè)發(fā)展的言論，促使整個(gè)社會(huì)輿論有利于旅館業(yè)的發(fā)展。第四，宋政府對(duì)于旅館業(yè)的發(fā)展采取支持的態(tài)度和政策，客觀上促使了旅館業(yè)快速發(fā)展。第五，經(jīng)營(yíng)旅館可以獲得豐厚的利潤(rùn)，因而吸引了眾多的投資者。 最后部分“結(jié)語(yǔ)”是對(duì)本文的總結(jié)，主要在于突出本文主旨，總結(jié)出宋代旅館業(yè)發(fā)展的新特點(diǎn)及其原因，并說(shuō)明宋代旅館的作用和影響。
[Abstract]:The hotel industry as a traditional service industry, before the Song Dynasty has a certain development. The high degree of social and economic development, the economic structure and consumption structure of the whole society has changed, the service industry gradually separated from the industry and commerce, formed a relatively independent industrial system. Thisobjectively the hotel industry provides a relatively stable and certain scale consumer market, promoting the hotel industry of Song Dynasty towards prosperity. This hotel is meant to provide accommodation for visitors to the equipment and the service of social services, no matter whether or not seek profits. The main purpose is to study the development status of the hotel industry in Song Dynasty, and strive to outline the panorama of the hotel industry in Song Dynasty, the hotel industry in Song Dynasty and the changes of economic status, comparative analysis and combined with the development of the hotel industry in Tang Dynasty, summed up the development of the hotel industry of Song Dynasty Through the analysis of the reasons for the development and change of the hotel industry in the Song Dynasty, the development and changes of the social economy in the Song Dynasty are more deeply understood.
The thesis is divided into six parts:
The first part, "Introduction", mainly introduces the research foundation and ideas of the paper and some basic concepts related to the ancient hotel.
The second part of the "historical basis" dynasty hotel industry development, the development status of the main narrative before the Song Dynasty Hotel industry, especially the hotel industry in Tang Dynasty. To explain the generation of anything, have related social history premise. The emergence of a large number of the Song Dynasty Hotel, is the basis for the development of the hotel industry in the Tang Dynasty the development of the hotel industry in Tang Dynasty, provides experience for the development of the hotel industry in Song Dynasty.

The fifth part of the "new features of the hotel industry in Song Dynasty", the great social changes in Tang and Song Dynasties, the objective for the development of economy in Song Dynasty has provided favorable conditions. First, the full development of social economy in Song Dynasty, the urban and rural market expansion, provides the necessary premise and basis for the existence and development of the hotel market. In second, the Song Dynasty the social division of labor is developed, the transportation is convenient, the different space frequent economic and cultural exchanges, the floating population growth, a more stable and larger consumer market in the hotel industry. Third, people's social life concept has changed, there is conducive to the development of the hotel industry's remarks, promotes the whole society public opinion is conducive to the development of the hotel in fourth, the Song government for the development of the hotel industry to support the attitude and policy, objectively promote the hotel industry rapid development. Fifth, business hotel can get rich Profits, thus attracting a large number of investors.
The last part is "concluding remarks", which is the summary of this article. It mainly focuses on the theme of this article, summarizes the new characteristics and reasons of the development of the hotel industry in Song Dynasty, and explains the role and influence of the Song Dynasty Hotel.
