【摘要】：正當(dāng)前中國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放強(qiáng)度逐漸加大,隨著2015年3月《推動(dòng)攻堅(jiān)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶和21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路的愿景與行動(dòng)》正式發(fā)布,2016年1月"亞投行"成立并投入運(yùn)營(yíng),中國(guó)"一帶一路"倡議正式進(jìn)入全面推進(jìn)階段。借助"走出去"的制造業(yè)本身具有的逆向溢出效應(yīng),通過(guò)OFDI可獲取國(guó)際先進(jìn)技術(shù)和知識(shí)的溢出,將推動(dòng)制造業(yè)大發(fā)展。因此,推動(dòng)中國(guó)各地區(qū)通過(guò)OFDI的技術(shù)溢出,獲取國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)以提升本國(guó)
[Abstract]:At present, the intensity of China's opening to the outside world is gradually increasing. With the official release in March 2015 of the "Vision and Action to promote the attack of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road", the "AIIB" was established and put into operation in January 2016. China's "Belt and Road" initiative formally entered a comprehensive promotion phase. With the aid of the reverse spillover effect of the "going out" manufacturing industry, we can obtain the international advanced technology and knowledge spillover through OFDI, which will promote the great development of manufacturing industry. Therefore, all regions of China should be promoted to acquire advanced foreign technology through OFDI technology spillover to upgrade their own country.
