【摘要】：本文在梳理歷史事實(shí)和對(duì)西藏各邊境口岸加以比較的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為過于重視和依賴某一個(gè)口岸通道并不利于西藏用好用足國家“一帶一路”建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇,需要重視各口岸通道的共同作用。應(yīng)重視亞東通道的優(yōu)越條件和巨大潛力,并且爭取國家層面推進(jìn)中印關(guān)于亞東口岸全面開放的談判,使亞東通道的巨大潛力盡快變成巨大優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the historical facts and comparing the various border ports in Tibet, this paper holds that paying too much attention to and relying on a certain port passage is not conducive to making good use of the strategic opportunity for Tibet to make good use of the construction of the state "Belt and Road". Need to attach importance to the joint action of each port passage. We should attach great importance to the favorable conditions and great potential of the East Asia Passage and strive to push forward the negotiations between China and India on the full opening of the East Asia Port at the national level so as to turn the great potential of the East Asia Passage into a great advantage as soon as possible.
