【摘要】：本文分析了2016年中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的特征,并展望2017年中國(guó)直接對(duì)外投資發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。研究表明,中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資進(jìn)入新階段,企業(yè)對(duì)外投資提質(zhì)增效,參與全球配置資源的能力大幅提升。自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)制度創(chuàng)新取得進(jìn)展,多邊投資框架成果顯著。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與機(jī)遇并存,政府和企業(yè)應(yīng)繼續(xù)深度參與國(guó)際投資規(guī)則的制定,提高對(duì)外投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)能力,加強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新合作,推動(dòng)"中國(guó)制造"向"優(yōu)質(zhì)制造"、"精品制造"轉(zhuǎn)型。受益于積極主動(dòng)構(gòu)建開(kāi)放透明的全球貿(mào)易和投資治理格局,多雙邊自貿(mào)區(qū)與"一帶一路"建設(shè)的結(jié)合,中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資將保持快速增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics of China's foreign direct investment in 2016, and looks forward to the development trend of China's foreign direct investment in 2017. The research shows that China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) has entered a new stage, and the quality and efficiency of enterprises' outward investment have increased significantly, and the ability to participate in the global allocation of resources has been greatly enhanced. Progress has been made in institutional innovation in the FTAZ, and the results of the multilateral Investment Framework (MIF) have been remarkable. The government and enterprises should continue to participate in the formulation of international investment rules, improve the ability to deal with the risks of foreign investment, strengthen the cooperation of scientific and technological innovation, and promote the transformation from "made in China" to "high-quality manufacturing" and "high-quality manufacturing". Thanks to the proactive construction of open and transparent global trade and investment governance and the combination of the multi-bilateral free trade zone and the construction of "Belt and Road", China's foreign direct investment will maintain a rapid growth.
