【摘要】："一帶一路"是一個(gè)具有復(fù)雜背景和豐富內(nèi)涵的偉大倡議。當(dāng)前,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的體制和機(jī)制正在發(fā)生重大變化,中國參與經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的基礎(chǔ)和條件也正在發(fā)生著重大的改變,國際社會(huì)對中國的認(rèn)知和期待與過去相比更趨多樣化,要求我們深化體制改革與加快對外開放。在推進(jìn)"一帶一路"建設(shè)進(jìn)程中,我們要堅(jiān)持"對接"、"共建"、"互聯(lián)互通"和"互利共贏"的原則,切實(shí)應(yīng)對復(fù)雜的挑戰(zhàn)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn),努力抓住新的機(jī)遇和取得務(wù)實(shí)的效果。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road is a great initiative with complicated background and rich connotation. At present, major changes are taking place in the system and mechanism of economic globalization, the basis and conditions for China's participation in economic globalization are also undergoing major changes, and the international community's perception and expectations of China are becoming more diversified than in the past. We are required to deepen the reform of the system and speed up opening to the outside world. In promoting the construction of "Belt and Road," we should adhere to the principles of "docking," building together, "interconnection," and "mutual benefit and win-win," earnestly deal with complex challenges and risks, and strive to seize new opportunities and achieve practical results.
