【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國(guó)在新形勢(shì)下提出了"一帶一路"這一符合時(shí)代發(fā)展要求的國(guó)家新戰(zhàn)略。而這一國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容便是涉及涵蓋"五通"的全方位合作,這一戰(zhàn)略的提出,為國(guó)內(nèi)各領(lǐng)域企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)走向國(guó)際的目標(biāo)提供了全新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇及市場(chǎng)選擇空間。通過研究可以發(fā)現(xiàn),"一帶一路"的倡議與國(guó)內(nèi)零售企業(yè)在海外目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的選取、市場(chǎng)的進(jìn)入以及投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管控等諸多方面的發(fā)展思路高度吻合,在發(fā)展內(nèi)容上也存在著很多相似之處。所以,需要采取有效措施,積極實(shí)現(xiàn)上述兩戰(zhàn)略的緊密結(jié)合與互動(dòng)。本文對(duì)當(dāng)前有關(guān)零售業(yè)國(guó)際化的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并結(jié)合"一帶一路"的建設(shè)內(nèi)容,構(gòu)建其與我國(guó)零售行業(yè)"走出去"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的對(duì)接模型,并從融入的模式策略、戰(zhàn)略思路、機(jī)制保障等多方面加以深入研究與探索。
[Abstract]:At present, under the new situation, our country puts forward Belt and Road, a new national strategy which accords with the development requirement of the times. The important content of this national strategy is the all-around cooperation covering the "five links", which provides a new development opportunity and market choice space for the domestic enterprises to realize the international goal. Through the research, we can find that the proposal of "Belt and Road" is highly consistent with the development ideas of domestic retail enterprises in many aspects, such as the selection of overseas target markets, the entry of the market and the control of investment risks, etc. There are also many similarities in the content of development. Therefore, we need to take effective measures to actively realize the close integration and interaction between the two strategies. This paper summarizes the current research literature on the internationalization of retailing industry, and combines the construction content of "Belt and Road", constructs the docking model of its "going out" development strategy with the retail industry of our country, and from the mode strategy of integration, Strategic thinking, mechanism and other aspects of in-depth research and exploration.
