【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國正以全新的姿態(tài)參與全球化進(jìn)程,"一帶一路"等諸多戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施凸顯了空間在國家治理中的重要性。作為后現(xiàn)代地理學(xué)奠基人之一,福柯基于譜系學(xué)分析探究了空間與國家治理的演變歷程,說明了空間與治理的關(guān)系在不同的階段分別表達(dá)為領(lǐng)土空間、競爭空間、微觀知識—權(quán)力的建構(gòu)空間。中國在參與全球化,推進(jìn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程中,應(yīng)從趕超為導(dǎo)向的空間策略轉(zhuǎn)為正義為導(dǎo)向的空間建構(gòu),從而為參與全球化開啟新的篇章。
[Abstract]:At present, China is participating in the process of globalization with a new attitude. The implementation of many strategies, such as Belt and Road, highlights the importance of space in national governance. As one of the founders of post-modern geography, Foucault explored the evolution of space and national governance based on genealogical analysis, and explained that the relationship between space and governance was expressed as territorial space and competitive space at different stages. Micro-knowledge-the construction space of power. In the process of participating in globalization and promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance ability, China should change from the space strategy of catching up and leading to the construction of space guided by justice, thus opening a new chapter for participating in globalization.
