【摘要】：中國(guó)和俄羅斯在資源稟賦、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)文化方面各具特色,俄羅斯農(nóng)業(yè)資源總量豐富,農(nóng)業(yè)投資環(huán)境總體較好。中俄兩國(guó)在農(nóng)業(yè)資源條件、生產(chǎn)潛力和市場(chǎng)需求方面互補(bǔ)性較強(qiáng)。中國(guó)實(shí)施的"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略為兩國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)合作提供了新的機(jī)遇。本文通過深入分析中俄兩國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)合作現(xiàn)狀,俄羅斯農(nóng)業(yè)投資環(huán)境和制約因素,提出未來兩國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)合作的發(fā)展方向和重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:China and Russia have their own characteristics in terms of resource endowment, economic development and social culture. Russia has abundant agricultural resources and a good environment for agricultural investment. China and Russia are highly complementary in terms of agricultural resource conditions, production potential and market demand. China's "Belt and Road" strategy provides new opportunities for agricultural cooperation between the two countries. Based on the analysis of the present situation of agricultural cooperation between China and Russia, the investment environment and restrictive factors of Russian agriculture, this paper puts forward the development direction and key areas of agricultural cooperation between the two countries in the future.
