【摘要】：隨著“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的穩(wěn)步推進,我國與世界各國的合作不斷加深,對外投資廣度和深度都有了大幅提高,特別是與我國山水相連的東盟國家,作為我國投資的主要目的地,東盟各國與我國在經(jīng)濟、政治和文化領(lǐng)域的合作不斷深入,因此在我國對外投資過程中對東盟國家投資風險進行深入了解顯得日益重要。本文通過對政治風險、經(jīng)濟風險、文化差異以及投資國與被投資國雙邊關(guān)系等投資風險影響因素的研究分析了中國對東盟國家直接投資的風險影響因素,并通過分析建立了一套文化差異為里,政治和經(jīng)濟風險為表的投資風險分析體系。這套體系中經(jīng)濟風險對投資風險影響最大,其次為政治風險對投資風險影響最為直接,提出文化差異作為潛在的影響因素,對投資風險的影響機制,文化差異是通過影響被投資國社會對投資國認同感來影響投資行為。在衡量政治風險指標中的軍隊干預(yù)政治和衡量經(jīng)濟風險指標中的人均GDP對于這兩者的影響最大的結(jié)論,通過分析本文提出了提高風險意識,增強風險識別和規(guī)避能力、全面了解投資國政治,經(jīng)濟和文化環(huán)境和增強自身軟實力,促進文化交融等規(guī)避投資風險的措施和構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)投資風險評價體系,增強風險辨識能力,以期通過本文的分析希望對將來我國對外投資風險的認識能夠有一個更為全面的認識。
[Abstract]:With the steady progress of "Belt and Road" strategy, the cooperation between China and other countries in the world has been deepened, and the breadth and depth of overseas investment have been greatly improved, especially the ASEAN countries, which are connected with China's mountains and rivers, as the main destination of our country's investment. The cooperation between ASEAN countries and China in economic, political and cultural fields is deepening, so it is increasingly important to understand the investment risks of ASEAN countries in the process of China's foreign investment. This paper analyzes the influence factors of China's direct investment in ASEAN through the study of political risk, economic risk, cultural difference and bilateral relationship between the investing country and the recipient country. A set of investment risk analysis system based on cultural differences and political and economic risks is established. In this system, economic risk has the greatest impact on investment risk, followed by political risk, which has the most direct impact on investment risk. Cultural differences affect investment behavior by influencing the identity of the host country. The conclusion that the military intervention in politics and the average GDP in the economic risk index have the greatest influence on the political risk index is the most important conclusion. Through the analysis of this paper, the author puts forward to improve the risk awareness, strengthen the ability of risk identification and avoidance. To comprehensively understand the political, economic and cultural environment of the investing country, to enhance its own soft power, to promote cultural blending and other measures to avoid investment risks, and to build a systematic investment risk evaluation system to enhance the ability of risk identification, Through the analysis of this paper, we hope to have a more comprehensive understanding of the risk of China's foreign investment in the future.
