【摘要】：全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在當(dāng)前世界能源供求矛盾尖銳、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅速發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,引起多方共鳴,它在優(yōu)化能源供求結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型、實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)等諸多方面都具有顯著意義和發(fā)展?jié)摿?對(duì)于保障我國(guó)能源安全效益尤為重要。我們結(jié)合"一帶一路"建設(shè),從我國(guó)當(dāng)前能源市場(chǎng)的內(nèi)部供求結(jié)構(gòu)、外部環(huán)境的角度,對(duì)建設(shè)能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與我國(guó)能源安全效益進(jìn)行分析,并就如何保障我國(guó)能源安全與穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提出了幾點(diǎn)政策性建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the sharp contradiction between the supply and demand of energy in the world and the rapid development of the Internet, the global energy Internet has aroused the resonance of many parties. It is optimizing the structure of energy supply and demand, promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and the transformation of development. The realization of sustainable economic growth and other aspects have significant significance and development potential, which is particularly important to ensure the efficiency of energy security in China. In the light of the construction of "Belt and Road", from the perspective of the internal supply and demand structure of our current energy market and the external environment, we analyze the benefits of building the energy Internet and the energy security of our country. Some policy suggestions on how to ensure the energy security and steady development of our country are put forward.
