【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今,由于中國(guó)提出“一帶一路”倡議,中國(guó)同哈薩克斯坦在文化交流、教育合作等方面越來(lái)越頻繁。越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ),隨著越來(lái)越多的哈薩克斯坦人意識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的重要性,漢語(yǔ)成為一種新的“強(qiáng)勢(shì)”語(yǔ),這使得哈薩克斯坦的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的熱情持續(xù)高漲,這就要求哈國(guó)的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)及漢語(yǔ)課堂管理需要有一定的針對(duì)性。筆者于2016年10月初至12月底在哈薩克斯坦歐亞大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教研室進(jìn)行了時(shí)長(zhǎng)三個(gè)月的漢語(yǔ)教師的實(shí)習(xí),在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中,由于中國(guó)與哈薩克斯坦的文化間的差異,筆者在漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)課堂的管理問(wèn)題上感覺(jué)到有些力不從心。課堂教學(xué)是漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié),教學(xué)任務(wù)的順利開(kāi)展和完成是一切工作的最終目標(biāo)。而課堂管理圍繞著課堂教學(xué)展開(kāi),是課堂教學(xué)得以順利進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ)和保障。因此,漢語(yǔ)課堂管理的實(shí)踐性知識(shí)對(duì)海外漢語(yǔ)教師完成教學(xué)工作尤為重要。因此,本文選擇對(duì)哈薩克斯坦歐亞大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)課堂管理實(shí)踐性知識(shí)為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。在實(shí)習(xí)期間,筆者通過(guò)在課堂上觀察學(xué)生、展開(kāi)查問(wèn)卷、私下對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行訪談和與其他任教老師交流,收集了漢語(yǔ)課堂管理中出現(xiàn)一些案例,對(duì)哈薩克斯坦大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)老師在課堂管理的過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了整理和研究,根據(jù)深度分析哈薩克斯坦大學(xué)中的漢語(yǔ)課堂管理中存在的問(wèn)題以及產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因。根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外課堂管理的相關(guān)理論的研究成果和現(xiàn)有經(jīng)驗(yàn),為哈薩克斯坦大學(xué)的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的課堂管理提出有效的建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, as a result of China's "Belt and Road" initiative, cultural exchanges and educational cooperation between China and Kazakhstan are becoming more and more frequent. As more and more people begin to learn Chinese, as more and more Kazakh people realize the importance of learning Chinese, Chinese becomes a new "strong" language, which makes the enthusiasm of Kazakh students to learn Chinese continue to rise. This requires that Kazakhstan's Chinese language teaching and Chinese classroom management needs to have some pertinence. From the beginning of October to the end of December 2016, the author conducted a three-month internship in the Chinese language Teaching and Research Department of the Eurasian University of Kazakhstan. During the internship, due to the cultural differences between China and Kazakhstan, The author feels that there is some difficulty in the management of Chinese teaching class. Classroom teaching is an important link in Chinese teaching, and the smooth development and completion of teaching tasks is the ultimate goal of all work. Classroom management is the foundation and guarantee of classroom teaching. Therefore, the practical knowledge of Chinese classroom management is particularly important for overseas Chinese teachers to complete their teaching work. Therefore, this paper chooses the practical knowledge of Chinese classroom management in Eurasia University of Kazakhstan as the main research content. During the practice period, the author collected some cases of Chinese classroom management by observing students in class, launching questionnaires, interviewing students privately and communicating with other teachers. The problems encountered by Chinese teachers in Kazakstan University in the course of classroom management are sorted out and studied. According to the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the management of Chinese language in Kazakstan University and the causes of these problems are analyzed. Based on the research results and existing experience of the relevant theories of classroom management at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some effective suggestions for the classroom management of Chinese language teaching in the University of Kazakhstan.
