【摘要】：高鐵時代,鐵路網(wǎng)的完善與高速鐵路建設(shè)對沿線中心城市可達性變化產(chǎn)生重要影響。選取2008年、2015年及2025年作為時間斷面,以甘肅省14個地級市及全國交通數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用可達性技術(shù)分析方法對高鐵通車前后沿線中心城市的交通可達性演變進行研究。研究結(jié)果表明:2025年高鐵時代,中心城市之間的交通可達性水平顯著提高;沿線中心城市對周圍地區(qū)輻射影響增強;寶蘭客運專線建成使得天水至西安段交通可達性增幅超兩倍;蘭渝高鐵的建成縮短甘肅省至中部及南方大部分省份時間,實現(xiàn)地理時空有效收斂。"一帶一路"背景下,研究可達性演變有利于廓清各地市空間發(fā)展導(dǎo)向,明晰省內(nèi)各地區(qū)和省際地區(qū)間的聯(lián)系,為區(qū)域空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the era of high-speed railway, the improvement of railway network and the construction of high-speed railway have an important influence on the change of accessibility of central cities along the route. Taking 2008, 2015 and 2025 as the time section, based on the traffic data of 14 prefectural cities and the whole country in Gansu Province, the traffic accessibility evolution of the central cities along the route before and after the opening of high-speed railway was studied by using the reachability analysis method. The results show that in 2025, the level of traffic accessibility between central cities was significantly improved, the radiation effect of central cities on the surrounding areas was enhanced, and the traffic accessibility of Tianshui to Xi'an section was increased by more than twice as much as the completion of Baolan passenger dedicated line. The completion of the Lanyu High Speed Railway shortens the time between Gansu Province and most of the provinces in the central and southern parts of the country, and realizes the effective convergence of geographical time and space. " Under the background of Belt and Road, studying the evolution of reachability is helpful to clarify the spatial development orientation of different cities, to clarify the relationship between different regions and interprovincial regions, and to provide a reference for the formulation of regional spatial development strategy.
