【摘要】：我國產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化水平與人均GDP基本呈現(xiàn)U型關(guān)系而且目前正處于向?qū)I(yè)化方向發(fā)展的階段。我國產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化與專業(yè)化的影響因素中既有我國特有因素,又有一般因素,具體表現(xiàn)為:地方政府間競爭越激烈,產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化程度越低(專業(yè)化程度越高);FDI占GDP的比重越大,產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化水平越高;科技活動人員和經(jīng)費在行業(yè)間分布越集中,產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化水平越高。因此產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的制定應在順應目前我國產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化發(fā)展的趨勢下推進高端產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國的集聚與發(fā)展,找到市場選擇與政府指導間的平衡點,有效發(fā)揮科技及人才集聚在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用,結(jié)合"一帶一路"制定更加有利于我國產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的引資政策和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移政策,做到高端產(chǎn)業(yè)的"補"與供給側(cè)改革任務中的"去"相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:The relationship between industrial specialization level and per capita GDP in China is U-shaped and is now in the stage of specialization. The influencing factors of industrial diversification and specialization in China are both unique and general factors. The more fierce the competition between local governments, the lower the degree of industrial diversification (the higher the degree of specialization, the greater the proportion of FDI to GDP. The higher the level of industrial diversification, the higher the level of industry specialization. Therefore, the formulation of industrial policy should promote the agglomeration and development of high-end industries in our country in accordance with the current trend of industrial specialization, and find a balance between market choice and government guidance. To give full play to the role of science and technology and talent agglomeration in industrial development, and to formulate, in conjunction with "Belt and Road", policies for attracting investment and industrial transfer that are more conducive to industrial transformation and upgrading in China. To achieve high-end industry, and supply-side reform of the task of the "go" combination.
