文章摘要:"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的提出,不僅有利于我國周邊國家發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),更為我國過剩產(chǎn)能找到了突破口,各產(chǎn)業(yè)特別是物流業(yè)正在面臨新一輪對外開放的重大機(jī)遇。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略架構(gòu)下,我國物流業(yè)為更好地實施全球戰(zhàn)略布局,構(gòu)筑全球競爭優(yōu)勢,必須重新進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略部署,不斷創(chuàng)新物流發(fā)展模式,提升國際競爭力。從整體上看,我國物流業(yè)國際競爭力的空間架構(gòu)可劃分為三個層面,即核心競爭力(核心層面)、競爭優(yōu)勢(關(guān)鍵層面)、比較優(yōu)勢(基礎(chǔ)層面),它們之間相互轉(zhuǎn)化,相互影響,共同構(gòu)成了一個專注于物流企業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢、競爭優(yōu)勢與核心競爭力的有機(jī)系統(tǒng)。在核心層面,主要通過加強(qiáng)物流企業(yè)創(chuàng)新來培育核心競爭力,物流企業(yè)在知識、技術(shù)、信息、管理等方面的創(chuàng)新對物流業(yè)提高國際競爭力具有不可替代的作用,是我國物流業(yè)創(chuàng)建全球競爭優(yōu)勢、提高國際市場占有率的重要驅(qū)動力量;在關(guān)鍵層面,主要通過提升物流企業(yè)效率來構(gòu)建競爭優(yōu)勢,物流業(yè)面對的宏觀市場環(huán)境成為主要的發(fā)展動力;在基礎(chǔ)層面,主要通過物流企業(yè)資源稟賦來獲取比較優(yōu)勢,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開資源稟賦及產(chǎn)業(yè)所處技術(shù)環(huán)境等基礎(chǔ)元素的支撐。基于此,當(dāng)前我國物流業(yè)構(gòu)建國際競爭力,一要充當(dāng)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的先鋒官,展開物流全球布局;二要提高科技創(chuàng)新能力,加強(qiáng)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化;三要積極與沿線國家物流企業(yè)競合,構(gòu)建全球物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
Abstr:The introduction of“One Belt and One Road”strategy is not only beneficial to the economic development of our neighbor countries,but also providing the excessive production capacity with the point of breakthrough;every industries, especially the logistics industry,are facing a critical opportunity for opening up. In the light of the strategy of“One Belt and One Road”,to better implement the global strategic arrangement and foster the competitive advantages,the logistics industry should reconsider its strategic arrangement,make innovation in development pattern,and improve its international competitiveness. From the overall perspective,the spatial structure of international competitiveness of China’s logistics industry can be divided into three levels,namely the core competitiveness (the core level),the competitive advantages (the critical level),and the comparative advantages (the basic level). On the core level,we should foster the core competitiveness by strengthening innovation in logistic enterprises;innovation in logistics enterprises in terms of knowledge,technology,information and management is playing the irreplaceable role in improving the international competitiveness of logistics industry;and it is the main driving force in fostering the comparative advantages and increasing its market share in international market. On the critical level,we should foster the competitive advantage by improving the efficiency of logistic enterprises;and the macro market environment is the main driving force for the development of logistics industry. On the basic level,we should obtain the comparative advantage with the help of resources endowment of logistic enterprises.
