尼日爾幾年前與中國(guó)建立了雙邊關(guān)系。中國(guó)與尼日爾的雙贏伙伴關(guān)系正在多個(gè)方面發(fā)展。選擇“尼日爾與中國(guó)關(guān)系載體中的文化交流”這一主題作為我的畢業(yè)論文,首先解釋了文化在這兩個(gè)國(guó)家關(guān)系中的重要性和意義。本文追溯了中國(guó)與尼日爾的歷史關(guān)系及其現(xiàn)在關(guān)系。其次,分析兩國(guó)人民交往遇到的文化問(wèn)題并追溯其根源。這開(kāi)啟了尼日爾與中國(guó)政治文化交流的新視野,強(qiáng)調(diào)了文化在加強(qiáng)外交以及社會(huì)、藝術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系方面所發(fā)揮的基礎(chǔ)性作用。本論文將提出具體的、創(chuàng)新的和可持續(xù)的政治文化發(fā)展項(xiàng)目,以新的外交關(guān)系加強(qiáng)與中國(guó)文化、各領(lǐng)域間的交往交流。中國(guó)和尼日爾是兩個(gè)有著密切政治文化關(guān)系的國(guó)家,為了兩國(guó)和兩國(guó)人民的利益,必須利用這些理念來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。最后,它將為構(gòu)建與中國(guó)新的外交關(guān)系敞開(kāi)大門(mén),在文化交流領(lǐng)域?yàn)槟崛諣?同時(shí)也將為所有非洲國(guó)家服務(wù)。
