【摘要】：正《文化企業(yè)無形資產(chǎn)評(píng)估指導(dǎo)意見》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《指導(dǎo)意見》)的發(fā)布,激發(fā)了社會(huì)對(duì)文化企業(yè)無形資產(chǎn)及評(píng)估的關(guān)注潮。在我國(guó)已形成的"1+3無形資產(chǎn)評(píng)估準(zhǔn)則框架"基礎(chǔ)上,《指導(dǎo)意見》突出行業(yè)特點(diǎn),立足執(zhí)業(yè)需求,成為我國(guó)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估行業(yè)首次針對(duì)特定行業(yè)、具體資產(chǎn)推出的專業(yè)評(píng)估準(zhǔn)則。《指導(dǎo)意見》的出臺(tái),將對(duì)提升我國(guó)文化企業(yè)無形資產(chǎn)評(píng)估服務(wù)水平,提高文化無形資產(chǎn)的管理及運(yùn)作能力,促進(jìn)文化資源同金融及社會(huì)資本的深度融合具有積極意義。文化企業(yè)類型繁多,各類企業(yè)的無形資產(chǎn)內(nèi)容、
[Abstract]:The issuance of the guidance on Intangible assets Evaluation of Cultural Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the guidelines) has aroused the society's concern about intangible assets and evaluation of cultural enterprises. On the basis of the "13 Intangible assets Evaluation Criterion Framework" which has been formed in China, the "guidance" highlights the characteristics of the industry, and based on the needs of practice, it becomes the first time that the asset evaluation industry in China aims at a specific industry. The introduction of the guidance will improve the service level of intangible assets evaluation in Chinese cultural enterprises and improve the management and operation ability of cultural intangible assets. It is of positive significance to promote the deep integration of cultural resources and financial and social capital.
