視覺建構、視覺表征與視覺性——視覺文化三個核心概念的考察

【摘要】:視覺文化已成為中國當代文化的主導形態(tài),它的快速發(fā)展構成了一道富有中國特色的文化風景。從視覺建構、視覺表征和視覺性三個核心概念入手,可以對中國當代視覺文化的相關層面展開分析,探索一種視覺文化的研究路徑。視覺建構是視覺文化的功能性表述,它包含了對主體的兩方面的建構,即社會領域的視覺建構和視覺領域的社會建構;視覺表征涉及表意實踐中的視覺編碼和解碼、從實在物到概念再到符號的復雜過程,其中充滿了差異和變化;視覺性是對"看之方式"的探究,在中國當代視覺文化中,存在著主流文化、大眾文化和精英文化三種亞文化,相應地存在著主導性、娛樂性和批判性三種不同的視覺性,它們的互動構成了中國當代視覺文化的協(xié)商性動態(tài)結構。
[Abstract]:Visual culture has become the dominant form of Chinese contemporary culture, and its rapid development constitutes a cultural landscape with Chinese characteristics. Starting from the three core concepts of visual construction, visual representation and vision, we can analyze the relevant aspects of Chinese contemporary visual culture and explore a research path of visual culture. Visual construction is the functional expression of visual culture, which includes two aspects of the construction of the subject, namely, the visual construction in the social field and the social construction in the visual field. Visual representation refers to the complex process of visual coding and decoding in ideographic practice, from reality to concept to symbol, which is full of differences and changes. The visual quality is the exploration of "the way to see". In the contemporary visual culture of China, there are three subcultures: mainstream culture, popular culture and elite culture. Accordingly, there are three different visual characteristics: leading, entertaining and critical. Their interaction constitutes the dynamic structure of Chinese contemporary visual culture.
