【摘要】：新農(nóng)村建設(shè)與全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì),其主要的表現(xiàn)之一是農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)。然而,我國(guó)當(dāng)前的國(guó)情是,農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)同城市相比,仍然相去甚遠(yuǎn),究其原因,城鄉(xiāng)之間的二元體制是其根本原因所在。因此,要讓全民真正共享文化發(fā)展的果實(shí),農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)成為主要的推動(dòng)因素和關(guān)鍵的突破點(diǎn),這在我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)不平衡發(fā)展的當(dāng)下顯得尤其重要。 改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),陽(yáng)城縣的農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)成績(jī)斐然,但從農(nóng)村文化整體的情況來(lái)看,陽(yáng)城縣所取得的階段性的成就,仍然與新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和全面建成小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo)不相適應(yīng),依然是全縣農(nóng)村工作和文化工作中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。因此,本課題旨在對(duì)陽(yáng)城縣農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行研究,找出其中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并有針對(duì)性的提出一些建議,從而推動(dòng)陽(yáng)城縣的農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系的長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。 本文的引言部分,主要介紹了本課題的選題背景和研究意義；本文的第二部分對(duì)農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系的一般性的概念進(jìn)行明確,并對(duì)本文課題研究所依據(jù)的理論進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹；第三部分對(duì)陽(yáng)城縣的農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的現(xiàn)階段所取得的成績(jī)進(jìn)行了分析；第四部分剖析了陽(yáng)城縣農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)發(fā)展至今,所面臨的主要的問(wèn)題；第五部分立足陽(yáng)城縣的實(shí)際情況,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,提出具有針對(duì)性和可行性的建議舉措；最后,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The construction of rural public cultural service system is one of the main manifestations of the construction of new countryside and building a well-off society in an all-round way. However, the current situation of our country is that the construction of rural public cultural service system is still far from that of the city. The reason is that the dual system between urban and rural areas is the fundamental reason. Therefore, in order for the whole people to share the fruits of cultural development, the construction of rural public cultural service system has become the main driving factor and key breakthrough point, which is especially important in the present period of the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas in China. Since the reform and opening up, the construction of rural public cultural service system in Yangcheng County has made great achievements, but judging from the overall situation of rural culture, Yangcheng County has made a stage of achievements. It is still a weak link in the rural and cultural work of the whole county, which is still incompatible with the goal of building a new rural area and building a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the construction of rural public cultural service system in Yangcheng County, to find out the weak links, and to put forward some suggestions. So as to promote the Yangcheng County rural public cultural service system of considerable development. The introduction part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic. In the second part of this paper, the general concept of rural public cultural service system is clarified, and the theory on which this thesis is based is briefly introduced. The third part analyzes the achievements of the construction of rural public cultural service system in Yangcheng County, the fourth part analyzes the main problems faced by the construction and development of rural public cultural service system in Yangcheng County. The fifth part is based on the actual situation of Yangcheng County, in view of the existing problems, put forward targeted and feasible suggestions; finally, summarize the full text.
