【摘要】：中國(guó)悠久的農(nóng)業(yè)歷史留下了豐富的農(nóng)業(yè)遺產(chǎn),農(nóng)業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)及可持續(xù)發(fā)展等具有重要意義,隨著近年來美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的如火如荼,如何在大規(guī)模建設(shè)中有效保護(hù)農(nóng)業(yè)遺產(chǎn)已成為一個(gè)嚴(yán)峻而迫切的課題,本文剖析了美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)與農(nóng)業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,從政府政績(jī)、土地政策、規(guī)劃水平、財(cái)政投入、管理體制等五個(gè)方面,探究美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的不利影響因素,最后提出了基于農(nóng)業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的美麗鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展對(duì)策,以達(dá)到兩者之間的耦合。
[Abstract]:China's long agricultural history has left behind a rich agricultural heritage, the protection of agricultural heritage is of great significance to rural construction and sustainable development, with the beautiful rural construction in full swing in recent years, How to effectively protect agricultural heritage in large-scale construction has become a severe and urgent issue. This paper analyzes the internal relationship between the construction of beautiful villages and the protection of agricultural heritage, from the government achievements, land policy, planning level, financial input, This paper probes into the adverse factors of the construction of beautiful villages to the protection of agricultural heritage from five aspects such as the management system and finally puts forward the countermeasures for the development of beautiful villages based on the protection of agricultural heritage in order to achieve the coupling between the two.
