【摘要】：將價(jià)值鏈的概念應(yīng)用于創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)存在局限性,也不符合當(dāng)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的要求。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一個(gè)龐大的集合,各門類產(chǎn)業(yè)間形成相互關(guān)聯(lián),合作共存的網(wǎng)絡(luò),構(gòu)成一個(gè)創(chuàng)意生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。在外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部參與者共同作用下,創(chuàng)意生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總是處于動(dòng)態(tài)平衡。區(qū)別于其他經(jīng)濟(jì)部門,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)存在由文化資本向經(jīng)濟(jì)資本轉(zhuǎn)化,即創(chuàng)意生態(tài)中的"光合作用"。作為一個(gè)開放系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是當(dāng)代城市文化生態(tài)的重要組成,健康的創(chuàng)意生態(tài)帶來具有活力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的城市文化。因此,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的制定與實(shí)踐應(yīng)以生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為視角,鼓勵(lì)媒介融合與廣泛參與,擺脫經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值決定論,為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)設(shè)置多元化的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Applying the concept of value chain to creative industries has its limitations and does not meet the requirements of contemporary social development. As a huge collection of creative industries, various industries form a network of interrelation and co-existence, forming a creative ecosystem. Under the interaction of external environment and internal participants, the creative ecosystem is always in dynamic balance. Different from other economic sectors, the production of creative industry is transformed from cultural capital to economic capital, namely "photosynthesis" in creative ecology. As an open system, creative industry is an important component of contemporary urban cultural ecology. Healthy creative ecology brings vitality and competitiveness of urban culture. Therefore, the formulation and practice of creative industry policy should take the ecosystem as the angle of view, encourage media integration and extensive participation, get rid of economic value determinism, and set up a diversified evaluation mechanism for creative industry.
