【摘要】：大國(guó)興衰是一條歷史規(guī)律。從某種角度看,我們處于中國(guó)崛起的時(shí)代,今天的中國(guó)正處于第四次崛起之中。談到大國(guó)崛起,從近代以來,我們大致可以歸納出三種主要崛起方式。第一種是挑戰(zhàn)現(xiàn)存大國(guó)的軍事戰(zhàn)略方式,第二種是搭便車方式,第三種是以經(jīng)濟(jì)利益優(yōu)先的霸權(quán)方式。中國(guó)發(fā)展到今天,已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到影響世界的階段,外部崛起的重要性凸顯。但是,無論國(guó)際環(huán)境,還是自身的發(fā)展,都決定了中國(guó)的崛起不能走西方霸權(quán)主義的老路,必須進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新,走和平發(fā)展、互利共贏的新路。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略就是符合時(shí)代要求的戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì),它是和平型、文化型、共贏型、開放型戰(zhàn)略模式。
[Abstract]:The rise and fall of great powers is a historical rule. From a certain point of view, we are in the era of China's rise, and today China is in its fourth rise. When it comes to the rise of great powers, since modern times, we can roughly sum up three main ways of rising. The first is to challenge the military strategy of the existing powers, the second is to hitchhike, and the third is to give priority to economic interests. Today, China has entered the stage of influencing the world, and the importance of external rise has been highlighted. However, both the international environment and its own development have determined that China's rise cannot follow the old path of Western hegemonism, and it must carry out strategic innovation, take a new path of peaceful development, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. " Belt and Road "strategy is a strategic design that meets the requirements of the times. It is a peaceful, cultural, win-win and open strategic model."
