【摘要】：跨文化交際理念是指導跨文化交際活動的行動準則，是源于實踐的理論升華與高度凝練。由于跨文化交際學是引進學科，，國內(nèi)尚未形成成熟的跨文化交際理念。但是我國不乏豐富的跨文化交際活動。新中國成立以來，周恩來同志在他長期的外交生涯中親歷了大量跨文化交際實踐，逐漸形成了具有中國特色的跨文化交際理念雛形。在大量研究周恩來的著述中，目前還缺乏系統(tǒng)研究和歸納闡述他的跨文化交際理念的成果。本文擬從周恩來外交活動和思想中梳理他的跨文化交際理念，這不但會更深刻理解周恩來的外交思想，同時對豐富和提升我國跨文化交際理論，指導當代人的跨文化交際活動都具有不可估量的意義。 本項研究借鑒迪爾朵芙的跨文化交際能力理論為指導，以跨文化理念研究為目的。研究采用文本分析和例證分析作為研究方法，并結(jié)合其他相關(guān)歷史文獻。主要選取了《周恩來外交風云》和《周恩來與外國首腦及政要會談錄》兩部具有權(quán)威性的關(guān)于周恩來外交思想和活動的著作，從中梳理周恩來的重要外交活動和理論，以跨文化交際理念為標準對周恩來外交思想和活動進行分類，并進行深入分析。研究圍繞三個問題展開，即外交領(lǐng)域的跨文化交際有何特點和原則，在周恩來外交活動中形成了什么樣的跨文化交際理念，以及這些理念對當代外交和跨文化交際學研究有何貢獻和意義。 通過研究，作者有三點發(fā)現(xiàn):第一，外交領(lǐng)域的跨文化交際屬于國際傳播，遵循和平共處基本法則，而人際交往則更注重語用原則；第二，周恩來的跨文化交際理念主要是由尊重、和諧、移情、多元文化主義和求同存異構(gòu)成的一個思想理論體系；第三，周恩來的跨文化交際理念對當今國家之間的交往以及人與人之間的交往都具有重大的指導作用和意義。
[Abstract]:The concept of cross-cultural communication is the principle of action to guide cross-cultural communication activities. It is a theoretical sublimation and highly condensed from practice. The concept of cross-cultural communication has not yet formed in China. However, there are plenty of cross-cultural communication activities in our country. Since the founding of New China, Comrade Zhou Enlai has personally experienced a large number of cross-cultural communication practices in his long-term diplomatic career. The concept of cross-cultural communication with Chinese characteristics has gradually taken shape. At present, there is a lack of systematic research and summary of the achievements of his concept of cross-cultural communication. This paper intends to comb Zhou Enlai's concept of cross-cultural communication from his diplomatic activities and thoughts, which will not only have a deeper understanding of Zhou Enlai's diplomatic thoughts, At the same time, it is of inestimable significance to enrich and promote the theory of cross-cultural communication in China and to guide contemporary people's cross-cultural communication activities. Under the guidance of Dildorf's theory of intercultural communicative competence and with the aim of cross-cultural research, this study adopts textual analysis and illustrative analysis as the research methods. In combination with other relevant historical documents, two authoritative works on the diplomatic thoughts and activities of Zhou Enlai have been selected, mainly from Zhou Enlai's diplomatic situation and the interview with foreign heads of state and dignitaries. Combing the important diplomatic activities and theories of Zhou Enlai, classifying the diplomatic thoughts and activities of Zhou Enlai according to the concept of cross-cultural communication, and making an in-depth analysis, the study revolves around three problems. That is, what are the characteristics and principles of cross-cultural communication in diplomatic field, what kind of cross-cultural communication ideas have been formed in Zhou Enlai's diplomatic activities, and what contribution and significance these concepts have made to the study of contemporary diplomacy and cross-cultural communication. Through research, the author finds three points: first, cross-cultural communication in diplomatic field belongs to international communication, following the basic law of peaceful coexistence, while interpersonal communication pays more attention to pragmatic principles; second, Zhou Enlai's concept of intercultural communication is mainly composed of respect, harmony, empathy, multiculturalism and seeking common ground while reserving differences. Zhou Enlai's concept of cross-cultural communication is of great significance to the communication between countries and between people.
