【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平圍繞“中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化”發(fā)表了一系列寓意深刻的重要講話,強(qiáng)調(diào):“傳統(tǒng)文化的弘揚(yáng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的重要條件”。在國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)重要講話中,習(xí)近平善于用典,借以闡釋深刻道理,使世界各國(guó)領(lǐng)悟到中華傳統(tǒng)文化的獨(dú)特魅力。在治國(guó)理政的具體實(shí)踐中,習(xí)近平運(yùn)用大量豐富的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化精髓,成為“習(xí)式風(fēng)格”一道亮麗的風(fēng)景。本文提出“習(xí)近平的傳統(tǒng)文化觀”這一概念,其中包含著習(xí)近平對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度,習(xí)近平傳統(tǒng)文化觀的形成和特點(diǎn);習(xí)近平在其傳統(tǒng)文化觀的影響下,用傳統(tǒng)文化精華創(chuàng)建出的一套治國(guó)理政具體舉措;習(xí)近平的傳統(tǒng)文化觀產(chǎn)生的國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際重大價(jià)值和影響力;以及激發(fā)世人進(jìn)行文化省思等豐富內(nèi)容。這些內(nèi)容,是論文研究的主線。具體而言,全文共分六個(gè)部分:第一章為導(dǎo)論;第二章從宏觀層面概述習(xí)近平的傳統(tǒng)文化觀,包括中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化及其特征功效、習(xí)近平對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的態(tài)度、習(xí)近平傳統(tǒng)文化觀的形成以及鮮明特點(diǎn);第三章是論文主體部分,著重探索習(xí)近平在其傳統(tǒng)文化觀的指引下,用傳統(tǒng)文化精華來治國(guó)理政的具體舉措,以及習(xí)近平在傳承基礎(chǔ)上的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,主要包括“大同世界,天下一家”與“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”、“道私者亂,道法者治”與依法治國(guó)、“奢靡之始,危亡之漸”與反腐倡廉、“民惟邦本,本固邦寧”與群眾路線、“智者求同,愚者求異”與協(xié)和萬邦、“修齊治平,內(nèi)圣外王”與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀等六大方面;第四章從當(dāng)代中國(guó)建設(shè)發(fā)展需要的視角,闡述習(xí)近平的傳統(tǒng)文化觀在走出現(xiàn)代性道德困境、重拾民族文化自信以及實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族復(fù)興中產(chǎn)生的重大價(jià)值和影響力;第五章則從當(dāng)代世界需要的視角,闡述習(xí)近平的傳統(tǒng)文化觀在緩和世界文明沖突、構(gòu)建世界和諧秩序以及促進(jìn)世界互利共贏中的巨大價(jià)值和國(guó)際影響力;在此基礎(chǔ)上,第六章是本文主題的升華與創(chuàng)新,習(xí)近平的傳統(tǒng)文化觀給予世人深刻啟迪和當(dāng)代借鑒,激發(fā)世人進(jìn)行“文化省思”,“省”意味著對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化要樹立高度的文化認(rèn)同、文化自覺和文化自信,“思”意味著我們要努力變傳統(tǒng)文化為當(dāng)下傳統(tǒng),科學(xué)回答“中國(guó)文化要往何處去”的深刻命題,最終形成中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化觀。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches with profound implications around "China's excellent traditional Culture," stressing that "the promotion of traditional culture is an important condition for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." In his important speeches at home, Xi Jinping was good at using the code in order to explain the profound truth and to make the countries of the world understand the unique charm of Chinese traditional culture. In the concrete practice of governing and managing affairs, Xi Jinping used a large number of rich Chinese traditional culture quintessence. This paper puts forward the concept of "Xi Jinping's traditional cultural view", which includes the view, attitude, formation and characteristics of Xi Jinping's traditional culture. Under the influence of his traditional cultural view, Xi Jinping has created a set of concrete measures of governing the country with the essence of traditional culture, the domestic and international great value and influence of the traditional cultural view of Xi Jinping; These contents are the main line of the thesis research. Specifically, the full text is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter summarizes Xi Jinping's traditional cultural views from the macro level. Including Chinese traditional culture and its characteristic effects, Xi Jinping's attitude towards traditional culture, the formation and distinctive characteristics of Xi Jinping's traditional cultural view. Chapter three is the main part of the thesis, which focuses on the exploration of Xi Jinping under the guidance of his traditional cultural view. The concrete measures of governing and managing politics with the essence of traditional culture, as well as Chinese Dream's innovation and development on the basis of inheritance, mainly include "one world in great harmony, one family in the world" and "Chinese Dream". The Taoist rule of law and the rule of law, the beginning of extravagance, the gradual danger of the dead, the struggle against corruption and the promotion of clean government, "the rule of the people, this firm Bonning" and the mass line, "the wise seek common ground, the fools seek difference" and the Concord Wanbang, "repair and govern the peace," Chapter four, from the perspective of the needs of the construction and development of contemporary China, expounds that Xi Jinping's traditional cultural view is coming out of the predicament of modern morality. Regaining the confidence of national culture and the great value and influence in realizing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Chapter five, from the perspective of the needs of the contemporary world, expounds Xi Jinping's traditional cultural view in easing the conflict of world civilization. On the basis of this, the sixth chapter is the sublimation and innovation of the theme of this paper, Xi Jinping's traditional cultural view gives the world profound enlightenment and contemporary reference. To inspire the world to "think about culture", "province" means to establish a high degree of cultural identity, cultural awareness and cultural confidence, and "thinking" means that we should strive to transform traditional culture into the present tradition. The profound proposition of "where the Chinese culture should go" was answered scientifically, and finally the socialist cultural view with Chinese characteristics was formed.
