民俗學學術(shù)倫理規(guī)范的善與惡

【摘要】:民俗學學術(shù)倫理的具體規(guī)范,因不同的起源而呈現(xiàn)不同的性質(zhì)。或者是從科學研究的特殊目的和認識形式反思地推論出來的假言命令的倫理規(guī)范;或者是從道德實踐的根本目的和普遍原則直接地推論出來的定言命令的倫理規(guī)范。因此,為保證民俗學學術(shù)實踐的道德正當性,就應當一方面自我限定其倫理規(guī)范在學科之內(nèi)作為工具性特定手段的使用范圍,另一方面又將倫理規(guī)范自覺地聯(lián)結(jié)于學科之外的目的論普遍價值的判斷標準。這樣,民俗學學術(shù)倫理規(guī)范才可能轉(zhuǎn)化其認識形式的"平庸之惡",在道德上成就學術(shù)實踐的"平庸之善"。
[Abstract]:The specific norms of folklore academic ethics are different in nature because of their different origins, or the ethical norms of hypothetical commands inferred from the special purpose and cognitive form of scientific research; Or the ethical norms of definite orders derived directly from the fundamental purpose of moral practice and the universal principles. Therefore, in order to ensure the moral legitimacy of folklore academic practice, On the one hand, we should, on the one hand, define the scope of use of its ethical norms within the discipline as a tool and specific means, on the other hand, we should consciously link the ethical norms to the criteria for judging the universal value of teleology outside the discipline. Only in folklore academic ethics can it transform the "mediocre evil" of its cognitive form and achieve the "mediocre good" in its moral practice.
