[Abstract]:On December 6th 2015, distinguished Vice Premier Liu Yandong, Vice-Presidents, Executive Directors, Council members: good morning! I now report to the Council on behalf of the headquarters. First, this year is the beginning of the second decade of development of the Confucius Institute. Under the personal leadership of Vice Premier Liu Yandong, the executive directors and the directors strongly supported it. With the joint efforts of both Chinese and foreign countries, the work of Confucius Institutes has made new progress.
