【摘要】：非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承保護(hù)及發(fā)展工作是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興的傳統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)。自正式加入《保護(hù)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約》以來(lái),我國(guó)在非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的傳承保護(hù)及發(fā)展工作中進(jìn)行了積極的探索和實(shí)踐,積累了很多好的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,但仍面臨著亟待解決的諸多問(wèn)題,一些瀕危項(xiàng)目的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工作依然形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,不容樂(lè)觀。河北省樂(lè)亭縣是國(guó)家級(jí)文化工作先進(jìn)縣,全國(guó)民間藝術(shù)之鄉(xiāng),縣域內(nèi)有3項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目和10項(xiàng)省、市級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目,樂(lè)亭縣非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的傳承保護(hù)及發(fā)展工作具有先進(jìn)性和代表性。本文以樂(lè)亭縣為例,參照國(guó)內(nèi)外非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承與保護(hù)的優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn),綜合運(yùn)用實(shí)地調(diào)查、實(shí)證研究等方法,分析樂(lè)亭縣非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承保護(hù)的現(xiàn)狀與存在問(wèn)題,并提出解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策措施。本文研究的問(wèn)題及提出的具體對(duì)策,能夠有助于樂(lè)亭縣相關(guān)部門(mén)理清思路,加大保護(hù)力度,對(duì)樂(lè)亭非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承保護(hù)和發(fā)展起到一定的促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)對(duì)推動(dòng)區(qū)域的文化傳承和發(fā)展也具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The protection and development of intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. It is also the traditional basis for realizing Chinese Dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Since the formal accession to the Convention on the Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. Our country has carried on the active exploration and the practice in the immaterial cultural heritage inheritance protection and the development work, has accumulated many good experiences and practices, but still faces many problems which need to be solved urgently. Some endangered projects of intangible cultural heritage protection work is still grim, not optimistic. Leting County in Hebei Province is a national advanced cultural work county, the township of national folk art. There are 3 national intangible cultural heritage projects and 10 provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage projects. The inheritance, protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage in Leting County are advanced and representative. This paper takes Leting County as an example, referring to the excellent experience of inheritance and protection of the intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad. Comprehensive use of field investigation, empirical research and other methods to analyze the status quo and existing problems of the inheritance and protection of the intangible cultural heritage in Leting County. And put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem. This paper studies the problem and put forward the specific countermeasures, can help the relevant departments in Leting County to clear up the thinking and increase the strength of protection. It plays a certain role in promoting the protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Leting, and also has certain reference value for promoting the cultural inheritance and development of the region.
