【摘要】：軟實(shí)力在和平與發(fā)展的時(shí)代主題下成為日益重要的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要素。提升文化軟實(shí)力是增強(qiáng)國(guó)家整體軟實(shí)力的重要途徑,提高文化軟實(shí)力具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。它既能為我國(guó)對(duì)內(nèi)的科學(xué)發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ),又能為我國(guó)對(duì)外的和平發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境。由于社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān)在文化軟實(shí)力構(gòu)建中處于統(tǒng)攝和主導(dǎo)地位,因此培育踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān)是增強(qiáng)文化軟實(shí)力的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Under the theme of peace and development, soft power has become an increasingly important element of international competition. Improving the soft power of culture is an important way to strengthen the soft power of the country as a whole, and it is of great strategic significance to improve the soft strength of the culture. It can not only provide a strategic basis for the scientific development of our country, but also provide a strategic environment for the peaceful development of our country. Because the core values of socialism in the cultural soft power construction in general and the dominant position, so the cultivation practice the socialist core values is the key link of strengthening cultural soft power.
